Each Player will submit something they are afraid of. Duplicate submissions are explicitly possible. This can be tangible (clowns/spiders), metaphysical (the concept of aging), specific (Pennywise the Clown), or generic. If two submissions are very similar (Pennywise/clowns or the dark/things that lurk in the dark) I will likely combine them. If you choose to submit something you're not actually afraid of (I understand that fear can be a very personal thing), please at least make an attempt to be serious about the submission. Mocking someone for their fear will absolutely not be tolerated, regardless of what the fear is. Fear is not a rational emotion, and people can be afraid of many different things.

Players are specifically not allowed to submit individual scummers as their fear even if it is a real fear. If I find that a fear would be insulting/inappropriate I will deny the /in (and forward the submission to the mod team if it breaks site rules). Please use common sense and make this rule superfluous.

There will be 2 Mafia players and 7 Town players. Each player will be given a role based on the submission of another player's fear (determined randomly). Each night every player may submit a player they think is afraid of them. If that player submitted their role, they will die. Otherwise nothing will happen. A single Mafia player may perform the nightkill and attempt a fear kill on the same night. Otherwise, the game will be mountainous. If two players submit the same fear, there will be two players with that role and BOTH players who submitted that fear will be vulnerable to that role.

Players may submit their death flavor and their Fear's flavor if they choose, so long as said submission is appropriate. (No lewd or excessively gory pictures, for example.)
