Apologies for misleading I am still getting a grip on the mechanics. I just know it’s standard to claim Miller in the first post it applies so I did so while sorting and clarifying questions with the mod.

In short because the Miller wouldn’t exist at the start of the game

The ability is something like(paraphrase and format removal so all typos/issues mine)
Some ability name
Any time at night you may select another pokemon, forcing them to target another player/second player it’s unclear .
After the first use of this, roles will interact with you as if you were a member of bad guy for the remainder of the game
Any uses following the first will cause any roles to interact with your first target as if they are bad guys for the remainder of the game

So because scum died I was scared I was Miller claimed it then asked questions to the mod
When it was unused I am not Miller and therefore not responsible for scum death.

No. I cannot use the ability anymore. It is no longer relevant. If it was it would have been a Miller to anyone I targeted.
