The reason the scum team didn't use the heart virus sooner is because they were blocked n1.

I know you've been bad with setup spec but this is another level dude. He literally lied about where he went and is CCed by the towniest person alive. There's no universe this isn't caught scum, especially with how it came out/that reaction

I still doubt this though, the remove from timestream ability just seems so 3P phrased. Could they be like some sort of SK or just not have a PT with Oil?

And is this virus spreading? You said it's a 1-shot but what if it's like what Flea claimed, where they can poison into the future?
