If nobody got a message from Rhinox wouldn't that mean he was rb'd and T-Bone is town because scum wouldn't kill/block the same person? That's a great point. I guess it's possible scum got the message and just aren't saying anything, but that means nothing about whether T-Bone is telling the truth or not

Wisdom hands out messages, not Rhinox. Rhinox was some doctor variant (Loud Doctor). Which could mean practically anything in this setup.

Let me work backwards. Lets say you're town. But that would actually make T-Bone relatively town if anything, rather than scum, wouldn't it?
No reason to roleblock the doctor if scum knows it's the doctor. It's only possible if scum thought Rhinox was the amnesiac tracker (because that result is still relevant even if Rhinox is killed).
