Sona rework posted, too.
It sounds like her auras are being eliminated, but the short-term buffs she applies after WEing now apply to QWE and will last a bit longer so that they kinda become auras. The notes don't list how much longer. Also, they will last 0.5 seconds longer for each party member around her, so it sounds like during team fights she becomes more similar to her old self, presuming 2.5s + base will be enough to always have some kind of aura going.

Someone explain to me how Lee Sin is balanced - because I don't see it. (I know I complained about Caitlyn, but lee sin has literally EVERYTHING stuffed into his kit and is unfun to play against. I just got blown up by a lee sin who built ONLY sword of the occult as an offensive item).

He doesn't scale well damage-wise come late-game, he has literally no hard cc's, his only reliable gap closer is a skillshot, and his abilities have overall low cds on average but he suffers from energy issues unless he's auto attacking (which isn't an efficient use of his time)

Bolded is straight out lies (he has a kncockback which is hella hard CC, and he has his goddamn W), and italics is debatable (I've seen multiple AD lees kick face). The last one is kind of duh because he's an energy champ, but his energy regen isn't a problem because energy regens faster than anything.

My question is why hasn't Riot given this guy an Olaf?

Can we cut this out please? It's a terrible way to treat other people, and it's bad enough in-game. I won't stand for attitudes like this in this thread.
Then again, I'm only bronze, so what would I know.
Regarding Lee: Lee is really strong 1-6. After that he starts to lose his relevance and other junglers start to get stronger. In high-level play that can be balanced because people can just farm and outscale him. Except in low- to mid-level play, people don't and the early snowball can lead to him taking ownership of half of the map and dominating all comers. He gets outscaled, if you can stall him out from any kills for the first 5-10 minutes of the game.

I wouldn't do that if he had bothered to read the rest of the conversation.

Too popular and too good for competitive play (he's the most fun champ to watch in competitive play in a lot of people's opinions)

That didn't stop the leblanc and kayle nerfs - or the repeated nerfs to Riven's hp regen.

There were nerfs on the PBE awhile ago, but people were so vocal about the nerfs that they were reverted.
Morello mentioned this again recenlty when someone asked about it.

You also see less skins for Leblanc/Kayle/Riven, however every scrub has a skin for lee sin (meaning they get more money off him.)

Valid point. I need to pitch some Skarner concept art to riot aggressively so people buy skins for him and they buff him.
Also more teemo skins.

Well they might soon considering they no longer refund reworked champs and skins.
P-Edit: it's more because every scrub that plays him thinks they are amazing.

Balance is more driven by perception than reality.
It explains why a lot of shit went untouched for as long as it did. There's a pretty extensive list, ranging from "Riot knew it was OP, but nobody else did so it didn't matter," to "nobody knew this was broken."
