No, because the game could be as easy as oka bef or ank clem or chem creature, that's why lynching a lhf is better than no lynching

Why would any competent scumteam pair themselves?

tmck

if you assume that the scumteam aren't competent

then you run into the same problem where the scumteam just did the obvious thing and made all of them safe

a scumteam that double paired lynchbait is also confident that they can swing a vote away from them

so

I feel like everyone in the "idk" and "Preference on flipping" lists should probably not endgame in most scenarios assuming that coalitions fail

But the risk of killing a strong town is too high to maybe catch scum vs take out two mislynches and very maybe catch scum

you know

Taly/Johnny
Creature/Chemist

are both pairings I really would not miss in the long run I think

although tbf Taly is more a "idk maybe deepwolf but not worth going into atm" type read so maybe not that pairing

Posted: Mon May 06, 2019 1:41 pm

it's so bad that my reads are literally town/town, town/scum, and null/null

Plus Johnny is the least scummy of the lhf

Sorry, what do you think about chen titus considering titus's wack reads?

Posted: Mon May 06, 2019 1:45 pm
by Ankamius
I think that Titus' read strength is not necessarily alignment indicative

her tone is similar to scum!titus but her approach is similar to town!titus and I believe her approach is more alignment indicative than her tone.

like it's not impossible that she's trying to save her scumteam by manipulating the actions order

but it's a lot more likely that she isn't seeing the game in the same light as the rest of the town and just thinks that her way is more beneficial to town (and the scum version of this will be very obvious before too long if it exists, btw)

flipping Titus now is a waste

My issue with this game right now is I'm told that nancefloor, you, titus, mbaki, and rc are all good as town and I think it's mainly for that reason that I'm townreading most of you, but you're all disagreeing and all the others you guys are townreading. It makes me think that at least 1 (and more likely 2) strong players are scum. I think if titus flips, it would shed a lot of light on who I think those people are

I think it's only RC and mbaki that are thinking the others are town

idk why people think Titus is scum exactly but it's probably for the same reason nobody ever seems to read her correctly

It's not that you think each other are scum, it's that you are disagreeing

it's because town always goes pants on head stupid when there's a d1 scum lynch on this site

Posted: Mon May 06, 2019 1:59 pm
by Ankamius
I genuinely think town winrates would climb a good amount if the d1 lynch was decided on what would give info rather than scum equity

at the very least until towns stop thinking that a d1 scum lynch means they have all the scum caught when a lot of the time scum are okay with bussing D1 because it's the part of the game where it's the easiest to make yourself look town from it.

just pretend d1 didnt happen if you lynched scum 4Head
