Taking a stab in the dark. Scum's reaction to my question would be an obvious no, but while also trying to get the attention off them.
Hippo answered no, but then he tried to stop the question from progressing further.
Elmo said no, but he also joked about him being scum (which I think scum would be too nervous to do).
I'm surprisingly confident in my vote.

I'm really sure what to say
This has been a frustrating day.
I was hoping for something from Elmo
Commenting on what just transpired.
But as this day has seemed to go,
No response from him can be acquired.
It's been 2 days since Elmo last
Said anything of use.
He hasn't once said these two days past
Who he wants on the noose.
It makes me think that he's just waiting, sitting on the fence,
Hoping for fighting among everyone else to commence.
Read his posts from day 2 on, there's really nothing there,
Absolutely nothing at all useful anywhere.
