My goal is to see you swinging from a tree. Or a rafter or something. Not sure what the flavor will be.

Pere - You mentioned drinking coffee as close to the max time as possible. What do you think of dry-fits idea of agreeing to basically auto-vote whoever has the most hypothetical votes at the time we go into evening phase?
I 'd like to hear the flavor for the nieghbors, since my impression is we're all talking over earpieces. Assuming it's true, I think it slightly higher chance of being scum/town than town/town (prob 60/40), but don;t feel the need to scumhunt in the neighborhood just yet.
I think that most of the discussion should occur in the pre-drink phase(?), and that any changes from the final pre-drink vote to the drink vote should be explained. We had a similar mechanic at least once in Politics Mafia where the final vote came after "discussion" votes.

↑LimMePls wrote:Elaborate on this please. How is his play here different from his obv-Town play in Timeshift?
I was the SK, and I had a hard townread on Anatole, who turned out to be scum. I am partial to townreading certain playstyles, and Anatole-now is different from Anatole-Timeshift, which in theory mean Anatole-now is town (because Anatole-timeshift was not), but that just seems dumb to think that, so net result is I want more and better posting from Anatole.
Not sure if that answers the question or makes sense, but there you have it.

Not sure what you mean. My question:

was directed to pretty much everyone voting TSQ.
Right now, slightly on the town side of null.

On page 12- sorry, but just got a work assignment that I know nothing about, so now have to figure it out, then do it.

I was inches away from blasting the SHIT out of this post. Then:

@Titus:
Why are you ignoring me?
I'm going to give people a chance to catch up before I vote. I'll vote in the morning if Lynx isn't lynched by then.

I think we should take a harder line on it than that. Did allowing changing votes after "discussion" work in Politics Mafia?

Neighbor flavor is simply that we were less 'crazy' insane and more 'intelligent' insane and were able to tune our devices to specific frequencies, allowing us to communicate to each other at will. We don't know each other's alignments, of course.
At this point TSQ is just the phallic version of LMP, really.

@Dryfit, I'm totally reworking how I play the game as town. Apparently, people don't like brute honesty that they're fucking up and cannot understand basic logic when they are making mistakes unless I roll scum. So I just keep saying my scumreads are scum and let people do whatever stupid shit they want and trust they'll come to sheep me or I'll be a corpse.
@Lynx, Thoughts on MS?

I also think totally town day 1s have happened but they are incredibly rare. Either NY 169 was one or someone quoted one in that game. :S

Metal Sonic's #134 is the only one worthy of being a post, and it criticizes the player who's been dominant for most of the game.
Heavily leaning
dead-weight town
at the moment, (either troll town or scum that can't be bothered to put their pants on before going out). Regardless, they're anti-town right now. MS will actually have to try to put in some effort in order to get a proper read on him.
He wants LMP lynched, says MattP is scum, and that Titus is sheeping. But I'm willing to pick MS over any of those as scum at the moment due to lack of conviction towards the game.
@Titus - Stop sheeping.

Actually, fuck it, I'm going to push for the right lynch, I'll see what I can pull together after a quick read

I skimmed, and I believe that Lynx is just playing horrendously. I believe his posts are "scummy" but I believe his unhappiness with the game and feeling of town being bullied is authentic. I think this is an easy lynch, and I think that MS slipped to the back burner BECAUSE he is scum, and this easy lynch drew traction with no resistance easily, all through from UT onward, because the slot is very potentially town.
I think LMP is the clearest town player in the game currently.

Feel like explaining what makes my play horrendous? I've heard it several times, yet I'm just stating what I observe.
Yet several others in games I have been are just... either trolls or don't bother to put in much effort, up until their lynch.
Perhaps if I knew what was "horrendous" about my play, I could maybe stop playing like that. Maybe.

First off, I meant you are on the backburner from the perspective of everyone else. A wagon began forming on you and immediately died down when UT was anti-town and the transition feels like a scum -> town one.
Second, outside of the context of this game, do not curse at me. I don't need to tolerate that. I'm participating in this because it is enoyable, this is a game, I don't get when this forum started gaining such a meta for insulting people. Cut it out, thank you.
Third, I think if you were actually town you would be able to look at your play fairly and say it at least hasn't been eminently "towny" up to this point. You could at least argue the actions you've taken haven't been alignment indicative, but I think you are posturing by so hyper-aggressively asserting you've been super-town to this point that it should be obvious. Cursing in all caps is ridiculously over-the-top, and I believe it is scummy in this context.

I am saying you're playing horrendously because the timing of your claim did not make sense. You should have claimed if you were in threat of lynch after the coffee phase. It looked very poorly executed, and you got beef for it. That was a very bad play, but I, in this case, believe you were acting as a new player being bullied by a player and didn't understand the issue with such an early claim. I think your posts are flaily but it's because you are overwhelmed with the level of aggression in the game and did not expect such a negative experience. I think this is EXACTLY why such a hostile game is not only unfun but also counter-productive because it stifles conversation and, separately, fuels mislynches.

I have to admit, I haven't been paying that close attention to this game because of how it's been going. I completely agree with these posts from Matt, and not even just directed at the players he's responding to in each post:

I apologize to everyone for not contributing more this game, but felt I needed a break from it so as to not replace out. I know the deadline is in just about a day, but I will read up on the game more tomorrow and post tomorrow night.

When all your "scum reads " read: me and UT begin cursing then there must be something quite irritating that you must be doing.
Whatever, back down

At the moment, I'm seeing the 'authority' in LMP, meaning they're grabbing this game by the balls and leading it. Of course the goal is to 'appear town' as scum, but its still risky as scum to take that position. The minute I find inconsistency in LMP, she's getting lynched.
Right now, everyone else seems to be fair game.
I'm most happiest with a Metal Sonic or SSBF lynch at the moment, given all the back and forth, and the fact that I see LMP as likelier to be town compared to those two. Will have to reread again, and hopefully rectify the damage UT caused to this role.
I haven't done anything to deserve being cursed at.
