9 chickens lived in a KFC coup. Then one day, they escaped from the horrors of being fried at KFC. But then the greedy KFC execs reached out to three of these chickens with a deal through the darknet: Turn in the other 6, and they wouldn't be fried. But then the other chickens caught wind of this. Unfortunately, they didn't find out who it was - so the 9, while fending for themselves, had to root out the 3 chickens who may be betraying them.
Instructions:
Spoiler:
1.There will be 9 players. The players consist of two factions:
The Resistance Rebels
(the uninformed majority; they do not know each others' identities), of which there are 6, and
The Imperial Spies
(the informed minority; they do know each others' identities), of which there are 3.
2. The players will be randomly ordered into a list, from which Leaders will be selected, starting from the top and going down.
3. There will be 5 Day phases and 5 Night phases.
4. Each Day, the next Leader in line will propose a team of players of size x, depending on what Day it is and how many players there are (consult this chart for details). The Leader should propose a team in the following format:
Propose: {[x player names, separated by commas]} for Mission [Day #]
.
5. In the 24 hours following each proposal, each player should PM a vote to me, stating whether he or she
approves
or
rejects
the proposal.
6. If a strict majority of players approve the proposal, the team is confirmed and the game moves onto Night; otherwise, the next player in line becomes the leader and proposes a team instead. I will always reveal who voted for and who voted against each proposition after everyone has voted. The fifth team proposal will automatically be approved.
7. Each Night, each team member must PM whether he or she will
support
or
sabotage
the mission.
Rebels
must support each mission they are part of (however, I will request that each team member sends a PM regardless, just so that no one uses last online times to deduce whether or not a player could have sent a PM). If any team member sabotages the mission, the mission will end in failure (exception: on Day 4, two saboteurs will sometimes be necessary; again, consult the chart above). I will always list the number of supporters and saboteurs for each mission, but not who submitted which.
8. Players may discuss in-thread at any time; however,
Spies
may
not
communicate with each other privately.
9.
The Resistance Rebels
win when three missions succeed.
The Imperial Spies
win when three missions fail.

Hey guys, so would people be keen beans to play Diplomacy, but live? As in, we organise a time when six or seven of us (I love to moderate, ladies) get together and just do it in real time over a period of time?
Say yes. I think it would be potentially cool, and also ya wouldn't have people flaking hey. We could play over the course of a day, or over the course of two nights or whatever. It'd Be Fun. thanks smell ya later

I'm thinking of running a text based adventure of my own, players would be making their way through a castle labrynth room by room, while trying not to get killed by the castiles traps and dangers...
You start with a torch, and nothing else.
You will have a series of commands that you can use in each room, depending on the situation, some commands might not work.
Some of the commands are as follows:
Look (around, at something, yourself)
Move (move in a direction)
Hit (something, yourself)
Use (an item)
Talk (to something)
Open
Close
Self (modifier, can be used with some items)
Equip
Players can learn from what other players do, but will otherwise be in seperate realities, meaning you can't directly help each other.
-Did you know?
-What?
-Oh come on, the entire town is talking about it
-You know I have better things to do than chitchat...
-You... eh wathever, this is not trivial at all, some guy found a gigantic entrance to a cave that came out of nowhere
-Wow fantastic, a cave, I'm so excited *eye roll*
-You will change your mind after you see this! *shows a golden nugget*
-is that.. GOLD? WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT?
-Haha now that I have your attention, this little thing was inside the cave, well not quite, just at the entrance, my father gave it to me
-Your father? how could he..
-He has some aces up his slave *wink* so, are you coming with me?
-Is this for real?
-Let's find out!
Hi~ My name is Rose and I'll be your host for this occasion. Welcome to Cassiopeia Year 20XX, the town recently found a mysterious cave and only those brave enough to reach the bottom will receive the maximum prize or... at least that's what the rumors say.
Currently there is an expedition being organized by the smartest, strongest and greediest members of Cassiopeia, I convinced a friend after showing him one of the gold pieces my father found at the cave's entrance and I might look like a fragile girl for your inexperienced eyes but I'm leading this journey. so.. I know you are new here but, are you up for the task? or is the cold fear crawling on your back? let me know soon.
Basic Information
-This is a Roleplay turn based dungeon game
-Every turn players must submit their actions, Time limits between each turn may vary (Host will always announce this)
-Players may choose to "sabotage" other players, they both receive the "busy" status and lose their turn.
-Players identities will be hidden.
-Each player has a role, a level, hit points, damage range, a passive ability and a special ability!
-Each player must choose 2 roles from the role list at the Dungeon Entrance and the host will toss a coin to decide their actual role
-The attack order (Initiative) is announced before each turn by the host.
-Cubic rooms are encounters, there is at least 1 monster in each room and they must be defeated to continue.
-Paths (the arrows) May contain random events announced by the host.
-The Party may choose to split by mayority vote each time they find a divergence,
WARNING
: enemies wont get easier if you decide to split
-If the party decides to split the new groups are randomly chosen
-Each enemy grants the party a set amount of rewards: exp and buffs are distributed equally after the fight, items are distributed randomly after the fight and since there is a limited amount of items, some players might not receive any items at all, however only the player that lands the killing blow will receive the determination Reward.
-At the end of the game the player with the highest amount of
Gold
wins.
-Players are able to trade
Gold
for healing and items with other participants

Anyone remember Roll to Dodge? Someone should bring it back!
Because you know, why not?
Roll to Dodge: People (+ a Duck) in a Building! Signups are open!
If you've ever played the face to face social game, this will work much the same way. One of the players is a spy and the rest of the players have a shared location and a related role. Players take turns asking each other questions. The spy's goal is to correctly guess the location. The rest of the players are trying to figure out who the spy is. Thus the non-spies have to be vague enough that it's hard for the spy to guess but detailed enough that the other non-spies know they know the location.
I'm still figuring out how exactly to best adapt this for forum gameplay, but games will probably have a week-long deadline and have room for 8-12 players. (The original game only allowed 8, so I'll probably start there)
