You lot will have to spend this game trying to discern my alignment based on a mechanic that I feel accurately depicts my playstyle.
I compulsively self-target every night. I have reason to believe that I will always set off Motion Detectors, Followers, Trackers, Voyeurs and Watchers.

this actually feels bad, though. "datisi post = town; datisi not post = scum" has been untrue for a very long time, and ydrasse knows this. hell, i don't know if she's even aware that it's ever been true, considering it's been untrue in her first encounter with scumtisi. so calling me out for not being hyped and equating that with being scum!indicative feels... odd.
by the way, it was 2am at the time i wrote that post. i was about to fall asleep, but i decided to check ms one last time before i do so, and i saw the game had started. so i decided to egopost. and i'm also somewhat sure ydrasse knows my timezone, so.
this read is bizarre enough i'd think of it as a meme, but considering that in 74 she said it's serious... don't like it.

don't think i have a great answer to that. i can give you a general description of ydra's play, but i've never been in a game where i've seen her play a town from an uninformed perspective (all of her towngames i've seen first hand were either when i was scum or when i was the mod, neither of which help me meta-wise).
do you think it would be in any sort of way productive if i actually gave you a description of what i think her scumgame is like?

the reason i ask is because "what do you think of x's scumgame" is not a very sorty question. that is, i don't think my own alignment actually influence the answer, as you're asking me about my prior knowledge that's unrelated to my role pm. and i don't think it actually helps you sort ydra that much either, considering she can also read the answer and potentially play around it.
do you mean my response to ydra's post about me or my response to your question? if it's the former, what did you get from the way i arrived to my answer?

I think this goes into the subjective nature of determining someone's alignment. While it is a fair point to say that me in conversation often achieves more noise than clarity, I like having players spew because it gives me more material to parse later.

As for my assessment of you? I relate to your thought process so I feel more comfortable about your posting here. I also like that you're taking the time to dissect the way I operate this game. I don't think that's a stance mafia would want to take to a player that has posted in high volume in a short period of time such as myself. Puts spotlight on them when it would just be easier to TMI me.
