Pm sent. Can you more clearly define "Except a new player in their first game." I'm not in a first game yet, nor been pmed by a mod, but this sentence could be taken a different way.

If you are already playing in your first game (you aren't), you cannot join a second newbie game.

I've already started playing catch up on the game. you said if I pmed I could "skip the queue" does that me I'm auto in and should start introducing myself in the game? I don't want to party crash.

It's also possible that others got in before you. I responded to one of these recently three minutes after it was posted and the slots were already taken!

I was worried there would be shot gunners, wasn't sure how active the forum was. In the mean time, I'll just read the game anyway, since I'm inexperienced.

Not a bad idea, anyways. Should help get acquainted with how we play here a little, though if you can jump right in, all the better.

I spent my first game getting replaced I suggest you wait a few days for the new games instead of reading every post up to the new page, you don't look at posts the same way when u get replaced ur simply trying to get the main idea but when you look at posts when they pop up, you understand them. So I'd highly suggest waiting for the new games...

However, I only thought it up to the point where I thought, "wait, if I enter that game then I can enter a different game after and have played 2 games!" Also, I read up to page 15. That is a hard game they're playing in there, and honestly I can't tell who is suspicious based on their posts. If I got into the game, (I haven't received a pm) I would have to look at each post afterwords and "get" those in real time.

I'm assuming you're a mod Voided, that was totally mod speak . I would like to jump in, so if another replacement is needed in a game, I'll try and jump into it. And yeah, this place is a bit on the enclosed side, a lot of lingo going on in that game. Though one of the players in there helpfully provided a link to some of the abbreviations.

I have a question about something that caught my interest, I heard that you can "isolate" posters from one another and read their posts, how do you do that, and can you isolate two people at once?

Do you mean only seeing their posts? Well If that is what you meant you can find it at them bottom of the page where it says something like viewing posts from all players. You can click on that and change it so your just viewing one players posts but you can do 2 at the same time. Sadly im using my iPhone so I can't link you to the wiki page for abbreviations but if you search "mafia scum wiki abbreviations" you will probably find the page hope that helps

It is highly against the rules to talk about ongoing games outside of the designated game thread. I'm positive your intent wasn't to break the rules, but please ensure that you keep anything related to a game inside that game's thread until it's entirely over (i.e. one faction declared the winner). This holds true even if you're not a player in the game.

Also, to isolate a player's posts, go to the bottom of a thread. Under the quick reply, there's a little thing that says "Display posts by user:". Select the user you want and click Go. You can even isolate up to three players together by clicking the + sign and selecting multiple players.
