Given the issue that no one is claiming the n3 vig, we should deviate from my suggestion.

We take the scummiest VTs and make them claim their categories and why.

Then, any required PRs claim. By required PR, I mean a PR that must exist for those VTs to exist.

If there's a VT without a dance partner and/or lacks a good reason, high odds they are scum. Furthermore, they must argue scum is above them. The higher up the fake VT claim the more likely it's bullshit.

We need Implosion, Dwlee, and Harley to claim VT or PR.
