Congrats Bell! I was rooting for you by the end
From my perspective, nothing happened to them. There were a couple of points in the game where players were confused about their coins. If asked, I explained. CoF never asked me about his coins. In post 3472, Dunnstral wrote:What happened with CoF's gold coins?
I think the only thing I did well this game was pocket you. Though, I'm not sure if I actually did. But it felt like I did. <3.In post 3475, Lukewarm wrote:Congrats Bell! I was rooting for you by the end
Vanillaized players still collected gold. It's probably not explicit in the rule set, but coin based activities weren't affected by other abilities unless those abilities explicitly involved coins, such as selling/buying potions, stealing coins, etc.In post 3477, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:Ffery, can I just ask... where in the ruleset was it stated that gold abilities existed outside of vanilization?
because I get it was a special interaction but that special interaction STILL REQUIRES that the gold ability not be erased to begin with.
Or else it's specifically... I dunno, this is.... I don't wanna be mean, i'm p. upset about that but I like you as a person and the rest of your game? I just...

Buying a potion for an ability makes sense. In post 3479, fferyllt wrote:Vanillaized players still collected gold. He had you completely convinced he was town, and you got to return the favor
I feel like that part of the design definitely needed more work. And I think trying to do a game with this many moving parts AND an additional mechanic as uPick was just an insane thing to do.In post 3484, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:Buying a potion for an ability makes sense. In post 3479, fferyllt wrote:Vanillaized players still collected gold. A VT gets a potion... they get an ability right?
Same with the One shot watch in the PT. Bell is vanilized but can use that ability.
... but activating their OWN ability on their OWN role PM to regain an ability is... that seems antithetical to what a Vanilized VT/Goon should be able to do, per the rules of the game.
I don't wanna harp on this too much, so I won't progress that any further, cause I fear it gets cyclical from here. Thank you for the game, I'll look forward to your next one.

And you had me pocketed. HARD lolIn post 3488, Lukewarm wrote:Although - Bell, why did you decide that I was such a priority to kill? Like, you tried to kill me off. Twice. All while there were TWO mech cleared townies out there, skybird and LLD lol
I don't disagree. It was super convoluted and just near impossible to brain storm to the right answer. Though funnily enough Notty and Pav did find the correct answer, but they discarded it as unlikely and I would've been right there with them.In post 3465, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:Vanilizations blank your role PM. Note that when I claimed I didn't mention one.

This is... this is not...
I saw this, and it gave me a nice ego boost. But it turns out that Bowser forced you to do itIn post 3307, Pavowski wrote:I do wish we still had Lukewarm about.
I feel he's the sort who could figure this out.
Just because it was forced doesn't mean it's not true <3In post 3493, Lukewarm wrote:I saw this, and it gave me a nice ego boost. But it turns out that Bowser forced you to do itIn post 3307, Pavowski wrote:I do wish we still had Lukewarm about.

I did end up killing LLD because I was worried she would flip on me for how I was playing with her in the neighborhood. I didn't think she was cleared just for having a neighborizor/watcher role. It was townie but Bowser was pushing pretty hard for them in the neighborhood and so I could delay it there. In post 3490, Lukewarm wrote:And you had me pocketed.
