Tonight, if we haven't already won, PJ investigates ML, EnderX blocks Aureal(in case of GodFather-ness), and I'll vig myself to prove I'm not a SK(and because suicide is the hip thing to do). Sound good?

Seriously, what? Cropcircles, your suicide will not help this game lol. Instead, you can vig someone you actually find scummy. But why don't we wait until we find out who we are actually lynching before making a night plan? It is early in the morning, there are still (only) 2 players we haven't heard from yet. Glad to see we do not have 3 frogs.
That's fine Ender, I just needed to know, concidering your responce, I take it you didn't block anyone night 2 then...

Vigging myself would be to keep the cop from wasting an investigation on me or the town wasting a lynch on me. If the game isn't over once W!nt3r is dead, then all I'm doing here is providing cover for the remaining scum. There aren't always vigs in these games, so I could easily be faking. This is to ensure that none of the town's resources are wasted on me if the game doesn't end and people start suspecting me of SK.
And 'cause it'd be hilarious.

ML, at this point everyone but W!nt3r is pretty much confirmed. You could still be a non-mafia scum of some sort, and Aureal could be GF, or I could be SK, but that's about it. If we lynch W!nt3r, then Ender blocks Aureal, PJ investigates you, and I vig myself, then the only base we haven't covered would be the possibility that you are an investigation proof non-mafia scum, which is unlikely. Our victory is practically insured.
Whoa, slow down you guys. We still have a doctor out there too, unless the roleblocker got really lucky night two. (Perhaps knowing who was blocked would be useful.) It seems that only Winter, ML, and myself are left with unknown roles and hence could be the doctor. I also note that our roleblocker isn't confirmed yet, so I'm not ruling out the possibility of scum claiming roleblocker.

I am agreeing with ML and Aureal here. As it is, we might as well first have W!nt3r and Medicated Lain claim before we decide on anything -- I am leaving Aureal for last since she is my confirmed innocent.
Also, I do not completely agree with us telling who is role-blocked again: if the Mafia tries a no-kill, and then EnderX tells us he role-blocked (for example) Aureal, we could mistakenly lynch Aureal, assume doc protection from somebody, and be led around for a merry chase. The fact that we have no frogs yet (only person to hear from now is W!nt3r) is good news, but that doesn't mean the frogger didn't target Yaw/VitaminR or whatever. And since we had two kills last night, I seriously doubt we have a 3 Mafia-team
Also, I am just going to assume the third Mafia member has godfather detection evasion abilities, so I am probably useless to the town in that regard (which explains why the Mafia targetted VitaminR, in hopes that I would confirm their innocence as well as a chance at hitting the doc).
As it is, though, I am fine with lynching W!nt3r today (pending role-claim), but I think cropcircles should not Vig anybody tonight. Also, we should try to verify EnderX's role-blocking ability if it cannot be verified by ML, so he should role-block either myself (since I think my investigations are useless now) or Aureal (who can tell us whether or not she has some sort of night ability).
Oh, and what the heck is a "Partial Watcher"?

a SK, so I do not believe it is necessary for cropcircles to Vig himself: we may need his voting power later, if not his Vig power. Cropcircles also gives us two 'lynchings', so that if who we lynch today isn't who we're after, we can have another offed during the next night. Also, I am just going to assume the third Mafia member has godfather detection evasion abilities, so I am probably useless to the town in that regard (which explains why the Mafia targetted VitaminR, in hopes that I would confirm their innocence as well as a chance at hitting the doc).

Rats! I forgot about the possibility of the mafia going no-kill.
And I don't think Iammers is going to let me kill myself anyway. You guys are no fun.
I would like to remind people that EnderX counter-claimed elvis. Could be a conspiracy, but I think it puts him in pretty good light. Though if we're trying to prove his ability, the answer is obvious. I vig him tonight, and if he's alive tomorrow, then it's confirmed.

I agree with that plan cropcircles, that sounds like the best one. EnderX has to role-block cropcircles to save his own life (unless his ability is verified by Medicated Lain).
But again... W!nt3r needs to claim, then Medicated Lain claims and says whether or not she was role-blocked last night, and then Aureal claims.
Once again, though, since EnderX says he role-blocked Medicated Lain and there was a Mafia kill last night, I agree that ML is leaning to my confirmed innocent list. Even if EnderX is lying and scum, that would still make ML innocent to me (as I highly doubt there are 4 scum with killing abilities in this game). Cropcircles is also looking very innocent to me (once again, I highly doubt there a 4 scum with killing abilities), and Aureal is on my innocent list (through investigation and my secondary reason to be announced later). EnderX may still be a scum role-blocker (or not a role-blocker at all) and Orbiting could be a scum Mason (I've seen 'em before, but I admit they are very rare for such a small game), and we're still waiting on W!nt3r.
I personally think W!nt3r is our final scum (killing scum, anyhow, if we're forced to find the frogger), but it still can't hurt to wait for a claim.

I'm going to claim now, this also means if we don't catch scum or block them tonight, I will die. I am Ashitaka from Princess Mononoke, it is my job to protect the town... in other words I'm your doc. Now you can see the effectiveness of blocking a role you haven't even had a chance to hear from. Anyhow on the second night I protected Orbitting, so I can confirm her innocense assuming no one was blocked that night.
...has our mod been turned into a frog?? heh. I am getting concerned about not having heard from w!nt3r yet, suppose it's got something to do with the holidays, anyhow... the list looks to me like:
lain: doc, confirmed, atleast by me anyway, and also since I was blocked last night and kills still happened
petrol: cop, confirmed because while I am a conspiracy theorist, I highly doubt the only cop in the game we'd have would be a paranoid one, and if there was another cop, they should've come out by now...
cropcircles: vig, not confirmed, but I believe him and his unstable insanity
ender: role blocker, not confirmed.. could be a conspiracy... he could be the last mafia, and used that claim after elvis because he knew elvis would come up as scum... however it's still chance taking concidering there were several claims not out and a role blockker would not be unlikely, so I tend to believe him.
orbitting: mason, confirmed since I protected her on a night there were no kills or blocks to my knowledge
aureal: innocent as investigated by petrol... I am less inclined to believe this one, as we have no claim, and are missing a mafia which we don't know is a godfather or not, and are also missing a frogger whom we don't know what would look like under investigation. Petrol you said you have more to back her up, I'd like to hear it, honestly.
w!nt3r: no clue. Probably scum or frogger at this point. I'd like to hear from him.
Comments? Questions?

Yeah, I was pretty sure you would claim Doc, ML (you hinted at it pretty strongly in your first words this game -- which happened to be on day three, hehe). I expect W!nt3r will claim Doc as well (since I can't easily imagine another pro-town role in this game other than a townie), and we'll have to sort you two out from there. Though as I have already mentioned, since you were apparantly blocked last night, that does put you on our confirmed list. If we lynch W!nt3r today and W!nt3r turns out to not be scum, we will need to make a back-up plan.
As it is, suppose we lynch W!nt3r, who turns out pro-town and the game continues. That leaves:
1.) PetroleumJelly - Claimed Haku, cop
2.) Orbiting - Claimed Sheeta, mason
3.) Medicated Lain - Claimed Ashitaka, doc
4.) cropcircles - Claimed San (Princess Mononoke), vigilante
5.) EnderX - Claimed Nausicaa, role-blocker
6.) Aureal - To be revealed
My 99% confirmed list out of these 6 is this:
-cropcirles (because of two deaths last night)
-Aureal (because of investigation and secondary reason)
-Myself (obviously)
-Medicated Lain (for supposedly being role-blocked on a night with two deaths)
That leaves Orbiting and EnderX. Orbiting because we may have a scum Mason (instead of a Godfather role!) and EnderX because he is not yet completely cleared, and even
Now, if nobody dies (and hence cropcircles was role-blocked OR EnderX is scum with role-blocking ability who decided to no-kill OR EnderX is pro-town role-blocker and Orbiting is scum) the town will have 6 alive. At that point, I suggest no-lynch unless my investigation turns up guilty or a very good reason presents itself to follow a lynch.
If Orbiting dies (and is pro-town) and nobody else does, that could mean one of two things. It could mean that EnderX is pro-town and did indeed role-block cropcircles but scum
If Orbiting
If somebody besides Orbiting dies, we will have to figure things out then. That means that EnderX is very likely a role-blocking scum OR that EnderX is pro-town role-blocker and that cropcircles is actually not a Vigilante but frogger/scum (although I think this is unlikely) OR that EnderX is pro-town role-blocker and cropcircles is Vigilante, which means one of the remaining players is scum.
If two people besides Orbiting die, then by God I don't think the town ever had a chance in this game and I will cry.
As it is, I want a complete list of who Medicated Lain protected each night, and the same goes for who EnderX has role-blocked each night. And you said you protected Orbiting Night 2? As in I could have been killed the day after I claimed?
If there are any problems with what I have laid out, please point it out now.
And Happy New Years!

targeted Orbiting OR that EnderX is scum (and may have role-blocked cropcircles) and killed Orbiting. In that case, we have 5 live players, so I would suggest lynching EnderX unless I investigate somebody else and get a guilty. If Orbiting
and
somebody else dies, that should mean that EnderX is scum and hence did not role-block cropcircles and killed somebody else, which means we lynch EnderX and the game had better dang well be over. For EnderX's sake, then, he had better either be scum or a role-blocker, because if he is a pro-town frogger and we lynch him, we lose the game (!) if there is one scum left.If somebody besides Orbiting dies, we will have to figure things out then. "Logic? I call that flapdoodle."
On night one (pre-game action) I chose not to roleblock, since as far as I could tell my chances were better of hitting a pro-town power role than of hitting scum.
On night two I chose not to roleblock, since no one (besides MeMe) had seemed very scummy to me on day one. And even MeMe's scummishness came mostly during the phase
On night three I chose to block Medicated Lain as per the plan laid out by Petroleumjelly.

As stated before, I would love to hear your second reason on Aureal, because I am thoroughly convinced orbitting is innocent, if you missed that in my post. I protected her on the night we had no kills, which means she was the target, and could not have possibly been the killer. Whether or not she has anything to do with the frogs however, I cannot confirm. Concidering we may have a godfather left, it is highly likely in my mind that Aureal could still be scum, especially since I am deadset positive that Orbitting is not scum. I want your second reason, and probably a roleclaim from Aureal too. Night one I protected cropcircles, and last night I tried to protect Petrol.
If you're not remembered, then you never existed.
YAY, LAIN WE CAN SPEAK! but you already know that... sorry I've been pretty much away since thursday, I posted some on my other game but didn't realize this had switched to night, and now to day... sorry for my lateness...

Wow, what weird timing. Got on here just as you posted.
Anyhow, reasoning is the fact that everybody has claimed but you (and Aureal, though I can vouch for her until she claims, which will be after you). I am surprised you are FoSing cropcircles after we have had two deaths: do you honestly think he is a Serial Killer when there is still another Mafia scum out there?
Also, we can effectively confirm almost everybody. ML is confirmed, and through Medicated Lain we can be sure Orbiting is confirmed, Aureal is confirmed through me, I am confirmed, and cropcircles is confirmed through the killing of Yaw last night. That leaves you and EnderX, who has alrady claimed and we plan to test him this next night.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up.
I'm
I can protect one of two roles a night: Pazu or Sheeta, however I did not know which was which.
Last night I targeted Sheeta, and the night before I targeted Pazu.
I targeted Sheeta night one, as it was a more important role in the movie.
Orbit consider yourself safe from night kills.

Well, this might look weird, but I can actually role-claim for Aureal (!).
Aureal is Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service, and she is a Messenger. She apparently messaged Orbiting on Night 1, and she messaged me on Night 2 and Night 3. My reasoning for her being a confirmed innocent is clear then: I honestly cannot imagine a godfather role who gets to send kills and who
I still think Cropcircles is innocent, or else he is a SK
Orbiting is looking pretty innocent as well: she is a confirmed Mason who was apparantly protected on the same night there were no kills. If we are to believe W!nt3r, then Yaw was also protected, and since nobody was role-blocked, that means Scum targeted either Orbiting or Yaw, or went no-kill. Unless VitaminR did something of course: and I still don’t know what a Partial Watcher is!? It would be helpful to know at this point. I can’t find a role description for even a regular Watcher anywhere.
Medicated Lain also looks innocent to me, because she was supposedly role-blocked by EnderX last night. Even if EnderX is lying, that makes him scum, which makes ML innocent. Interesting note: if EnderX is really a role-blocker, then I could have been killed every night so far. Ha! Also, since nobody has counter-claimed a full doctor, I am inclined to believe her claim. Sorry we had you role-blocked, but I
EnderX is not yet cleared: he has not been investigated, and his role-blocking ability has not been confirmed (and even if it can be, that does not rule out the possibility of a scum role-blocker).
W!nt3r is not yet cleared: he has not been investigated, and his “Mason Doctor” ability has not been verified. I still think W!nt3r is our correct lynch for today, because I doubt we have a second doctor who can only protect our Masons. Also, in Post 20, you said:
Further, Elvis_Knits seemed very opposed to lynching either of the frogs (which would make sense if W!nt3r was scum), but if she were to lynch one, she was certainly trying to throw suspicions on Medicated Lain. That’s as close to a defense of W!nt3r there is, and once we starting suspecting the frogs, Elvis sent us looking after cropcircles (Red Herring?).
My plan I posted earlier still seems fine to me (on the off chance the game continues after we lynch W!nt3r). Cropcircles targets Orbiting, EnderX role-blocks Cropcircles, Medicated Lain protects me, I will investigate somebody (I’m leaning towards EnderX at this point), and Aureal can message Cropcircles (I was going to have her message ML, but chances are ML will die as she claims Doctor).
And with that,
For the record, here is a list of the night actions so far as I can tell that we've had during this game:
Night One Actions:
-Scum target Falcone (paranoid cop), and Falcone dies
-PetroleumJelly (Cop) investigates Meme (Scum)
-W!nt3r (Mason doc) protects Orbiting (Mason, Sheeta)
-Cropcircles (Vigilante) targets nobody
-Aureal (Messenger) sends message to Orbiting
-EnderX (Role-blocker) targets nobody
-Orbiting and Yaw (Masons) night-talk
-Medicated Lain (Doc) protects cropcircles (Vigilante)
Night Two Actions
-Scum target ???, no kills
-PetroleumJelly (Cop) investigates Aureal (Innocent)
-W!nt3r (Mason Doc) protects Yaw (Mason, Pazu)
-Medicated Lain (Doc) protects Orbiting (Mason)
-Aureal (Messenger) sends message to PetroleumJelly (Cop)
-Orbiting and Yaw (Masons) night-talk
-Cropcircles (Vigilante) targets nobody
-EnderX (Role-Blocker) targets nobody
Night Three Actions
-Scum target VitaminR (Partial Watcher), and VitaminR dies
-Cropcircles targets Yaw (Mason), and Yaw dies
-PetroleumJelly (Cop) investigates VitaminR (Innocent)
-W!nt3r (Mason Doc) protects Orbiting (Mason, Sheeta)
-Medicated lain (Doc) protects PetroleumJelly (Cop) – Roleblocked?!
-EnderX (Role-blocker) targets Medicated Lain (Doc)
-Orbiting and Yaw (Masons) night-talk
-Aureal (Messenger) sends message to PetroleumJelly (Cop)
Aureal is Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service, and she is a Messenger. She apparently messaged Orbiting on Night 1, and she messaged me on Night 2 and Night 3. My reasoning for her being a confirmed innocent is clear then: I honestly cannot imagine a godfather role who gets to send kills and who
also
gets to send messages to one player per night. That seems way over the top, which is why I do not believe she is a godfather.I still think Cropcircles is innocent, or else he is a SK
and
there are 3 scum in a 12 player game that starts with night. Even if
he is a SK, that means there is still one more scum out there, so if we lynch them and the game continues, we know who to lynch.Orbiting is looking pretty innocent as well: she is a confirmed Mason who was apparantly protected on the same night there were no kills.
Sorry we had you role-blocked, but I
really
did not want to deal with frogs today.EnderX is not yet cleared: he has not been investigated, and his role-blocking ability has not been confirmed (and even if it can be, that does not rule out the possibility of a scum role-blocker).
W!nt3r is not yet cleared: he has not been investigated, and his “Mason Doctor” ability has not been verified. I still think W!nt3r is our correct lynch for today, because I doubt we have a second doctor who can only protect our Masons. Also, in Post 20, you said:
Which may be a tell that you had posting restrictions on your mind. I also think you have a choice of which posting restriction you may give to people: you gave Medicated Lain a different one because you knew we would be less likely to believe it after you had already mimicked the same restriction as Meme. In reality though, I am starting to think the frogs came about by some freaky coincidence, since I can’t imagine that you would target Meme Night 1 as scum.W!nt3r wrote:you have a posting restriction? you have to FOS or Vote at least once in your posts? I don't know... seems interesting...
And with that,
vote: W!nt3r
(with hopes for a third scum in a row!).For the record, here is a list of the night actions so far as I can tell that we've had during this game:

-W!nt3r (Mason Doc) protects Yaw (Mason, Pazu)
-Medicated Lain (Doc) protects Orbiting (Mason)
-Aureal (Messenger) sends message to PetroleumJelly (Cop)
-Orbiting and Yaw (Masons) night-talk

OK, I have one arguement with all this. The frogger. It seems like an extreme disadvantage to the mafia to be frogs, I have a feeling w!nt3r will be our godfather, but if that's true, then both our godfather and another mafia person have been turned to frogs, without one member being turned, and with me turned and I am a doc.. I think we have a frogger, and they are not protown, if this is anything other than true than they should come out now. I'm set on lynching w!nt3r for today, and if a frogger comes out saying they're not anti-town, then I think we should give them the chance, and not kill them, because if you do have a protown role, then once we get our last mafia member, you will be safe.
If you're not remembered, then you never existed.

Good thinking, ML.
Also, before I replace my vote, it is worth the trouble to verify as to whether or not Orbiting was messaged by Aureal on Night 1. Further, Aureal, if I misrepresented your role, feel free to elaborate.
And could somebody please tell me what a watcher is? Is it an investigative/protective/killing/special role that anybody knows? I seriously cannot find a description anywhere.
Unvote: W!nt3r
on the chances that the frogger cares to claim. I mentioned it earlier, and I still think that if there is a frogger who purposely frogs people, they do not have a killing ability but do
have an alternate winning ability. I can't imagine what it would be other than being alive on a day where all other live players are frogged or have been frogged, or something to that effect. Also, before I replace my vote, it is worth the trouble to verify as to whether or not Orbiting was messaged by Aureal on Night 1. At this point, I think Winter is most likely the frogger. That would explain why there were two yesterday, as Winter could just fake it. And why there's none today, as he'd go for a kill rather than frogging. Although I suppose it's not out of the question that it was Yubaba, she did have the ability to transmogrify people, but I don't think frogs were ever a part of it. Hm, and I recall elvis was the one who brought up the frog-dude from that movie. I wonder what she was trying to imply there...
I would guess that a Watcher, well, watches someone. ^^; Perhaps they get information about actions targetted upon the person they're watching? For instance, if he was watching PJ night 2, he'd see me visiting. I'm not sure what would be meant by partial, but I wonder, since he was Kiki's familiar, if it means he just watched me or something along those lines.
