ok. ya.. i'm just starting to get pissed off. and i still wonder about your 'okay then' vote
this is the 1 I was thinking of. probably not keeping her story straight is a bit of an overstatement but I think there is a distinct lack of continuum to the angles she keeps trying to push. it seems like she will try 1, it doesn't work out and then she will go obtuse which seems to be a "you're scum!" avenue without ever stating why.

Yeah, well stop complaining about having to read the game because I'm in it. Newsflash: I'm not replacing out. Because that's what you signed up for this game to do - get in the game. Accommodate whatever happens in the game within its confines.

It's funny that you have never mentioned having a townread on Mollie until now, where you are making a smooth, nice transition to a beautiful change to "MOLLIE'S SCUM." Right when the momentum is starting to swing full-force towards a Mollie lynch.
In post 338, Natirasha wrote:Alright, i actually read the thread again(shocking). I'm officially in the 'do not want' camp on Mollie after rereading. I believe it was Om who said it best, "coasting on town reads".
The biggest impression I got is that Lynx is town though. There is an air of genuinity to her posts.
Arcangel, as usual, is verging on useless with her perfect storm of lurkiness and lack of content. The most she's done lately is a token post of agreeing with the current wagon(which, I admit I've done too), but im fucking trying to act interested.

Something feels off on Pertayter, but I can't read it. I'm hoping Mara's return will make this better reading.

I wish we didn't have four people with sub ten posts.

And, as usual, you're annoying Bert and your avatar burns my retinas.

P-Edit: arc looks less scummy on I so reading. I dunno.
In post 343, Natirasha wrote:Ebwop: pardon spelling, phone.

P-edit: i agree Bert is town(I think I've said that thrice now), but he annoys me. Too much energy and 'lolxdsorandum' in his posts.
How many times do you have to repeat that I annoy you? You don't have to let me know every single post. Also, you're one to talk about people "verging on useless with lurkiness and lack of content." Do you want me to hold up a mirror and show you what your posts have been like? Pssh, stop using anyone's play as an excuse as to why you "can't stay interested." Save it for another game.

Anyway, your nice convenient turn on Mollie troubles me.

Okay, I hate to pull this card because its a dumb reason, but if we could refrain from lynching me until tomorrow, that'd be great. I have a few things to say but I'm going to use a lot of formatting which is impossible for me to do on my phone.

In any case, teach to put effort into a game.

#338 and to a lesser extent #224.

Bert's taken care of 338 but Nat unvotes in 224 because "RVS is over" when it had ended 10 pages earlier, and she still hasn't voted anyone. So not only is her turn on mollie awkward and supported, but she's cheerleading a wagon she isn't even on.

Nat: if you're "getting a clearer picture" why haven't you placed a legitimate vote all game?

Or we could just lynch you now, and wait till the end game to see what you have to say about the situation?

Or not, I rather like you, I want to lynch someone else.

@Desperateman: So she's posting a lot of poppycock. Agreed, but she's engaged, not sitting back letting this place blow up. Isn't it the main reason you had a null read on her anyway?

Posted: Sat Aug 10, 2013 10:54 am

I had her as null because the things she had done up to that point (self-voting, being bored) were null.

I don't agree that she's engaged and isn't sitting back at all. She hasn't put her vote where her mouth is and the progression of her reads don't reflect the game state in a meaningful way. In particular, seeing nothing but town mollie in 325 but no longer town reading her after a full reread doesn't make any sense and is opportunistic (especially without a vote attached), and the main reason she gave ("I believe Om said it best, 'coasting on town reads'") is pretty rich coming from someone who a) hasn't voted and b) doesn't have a single scum read.

I mentioned before that I think that the scum are lurking through to game, the impression I get from most of the noise here is that of townies arguing with each other. This game is even more delving into meta than most, I feel, as well, and meta one thing I cannot do with people I've never played with (and is something I try to avoid doing regardless), so like sixty percent of this thread is absolutely worthless to my purposes.

I don't place votes easily. I prefer to be at least 80% confident that a player is scum or I am trying to put some pressure behind an accusation. The closest i have to a 'full' vote is on mollie at, like 40% chance of being scum(obviously im playing numberwang with these numbers, bear with me). I guess Om is second at like 30%.

To Bert: while I don't like you're style, I have been hamming up my dislike of you a bit too much. I apologize if I came off as whiny, the gag has gone in long enough and I hope we can be civil towards each other.

On my 'getting a clearer picture' statement, that was me reading into subtext. Ive been playing terribly since my return to the site and have been making a distinct effort the past week to attempt to be a better player at the game and not as much lynch-bait. To that end, I'm keeping notes on associations between players I think is important and I think I got a soft read on the alignment table of three players. I'll delve into this more after the night phase, I need to sleep on it and do some more research before presenting something half-cocked(I have an eighty page thread taking precedence at the moment).

So once he votes you, you want to bury the hatchet, so to speak. Odd timing, after you've spent so much time griping about his play.

ArcAngel9, your early town read on macmollie changed, based on a lack of strong cases, I think; is that something you'd really expect from mollie this early? Because I'm not seeing the scum vibes others are.

Not bury the hatchet, but end the joke. I'm still probably groan when he says dumb stuff, but I agree with the fact I was sounding like a tool in the last few pages. The joke ran its course and im beating it now. In any case, atno point have i griped about his play. I have griped about his personality and play style, sure, but not his actual content. In fact, I don't think I've said a single thing about his actual content except that its decidedly average(and generically town as a result).

Castle: Nice guy. I can see how it wouldn’t work, though.
Beckett: Really?
Castle: Sure.
Beckett: Huh.
Castle: Handsome, square-jawed, by-the-book.
Beckett: And that’s a bad thing?
Castle: Yeah, he’s like the male you. Yin needs Yang, not another Yin. Yin-Yang is harmony. Yin-Yin is…a name for a panda.
Beckett: Any more wisdom, Obi-Wan?
