Considering there have been lynches on the two present factions it's hard to assume that it's actually sided with the Meat. If it was the Rice, then an anonymous hammerer that quick hammered 2 already seems a bit. Well. It's just not.

Let me put it this way.

If it were an active skill, then we can safely assume that the hammerer is

part of the meat.
If it were a town using the active skill, then they'd have quickhammered 2 people for no fucking reason. That's not playing to your win condition, that's just not a pro-town thing to do.
That leaves either an SK or opposite mafia faction or w/e.

If it were a passive skill then there's not much we can actually do about it, it could be a town thing. Maybe even bastardized so that the townie with it doesn't know.
