I already regret joining this game. I gave FakeGod my word I’d stay in this, I will hunt down every single one of you who makes this harder than it has to be.

Not really. It just gives Pooky something to hide behind while he’s definitely capable of more. A successful town has everyone engaged and focused, so I think Pooky should just stop if he is town.
Nah I have my eyes wide open for that trick I've fallen for it before and won't again
In post 271, midwaybear wrote:Yeah, you can play the game and actually give me your initial thoughts. All you've done so far is comment on how Something_Smart has completely ignored you. Part of me thinks that's because he's just inactive, but then a bit of me thinks he also doesn't want to interact with this roleplay(probably unlikely though lol). I don't really care if you continue to roleplay, but the time to establish the narrative is over and you need to start doing things.
This is such a weird fight to pick because there are a lot of players to this point who have not done anything

Kinda don't like this. Sounds like an excuse not to commit to what are obviously reads, not """proto-reads""".

You should be mad I beat you to it.

You're still missing a guess.
I'm wondering if you can read Bell.
I suppose we'll see how this one turns out!

I woke up and didn't hate it still, so... uh... yeah.

Not commenting on your syr read yet. How you read him and how I read him are miles apart, and I'm not giving away the game that easily.

It's an in-joke. Nacho used to call talking about your dinner in detail scummy and a tell.

Cabd, I think our mod has plagiarized from your book.
I highly doubt anything of the sort. FakeGod has his own ancient tome of moderating lore. He has no need to borrow from the likes of lesser, greater, or equal men, women, or anything between and beyond.

Please tell me this is a PR
May or may not be, but I dislike his asking for personal information. I think that will be something we want to keep close to the vest.

I think things may turn a bit more intriguing in the next scene.

I mean... I was stating that I was going to cook dinner, so "food tell" was a self-reference.

In the past, it was a sort of tell but has since been discredited.

The "tell" was something like this:

"I'm going to make dinner"
vs
"I'm cooking up tortellini in a light homemade cream sauce with sausage and salmon for the protein, along with some sprouts brushed with olive oil and a maple garlic seasoning rub, sauteed in butter"

That the latter was scum indicative in a way that the first one was not.

You're scarier. And you're around! I feel like I'll know pretty quickly if Syr's town. He and I have some of the same weaknesses as scum, especially interacting with each other.
what are those weaknesses and what are the strengths
I will, however, put down that this is probably the best question I've heard so far.
In post 123, midwaybear wrote:Pooky did a roleplay act in micro 935 as Tracer Bullet. He was scum. I'm not saying that it translates to this game, but sometimes I think people townread people who do what pooky is doing. Hopefully he just stops doing it asap
I don't know for certain, but I would expect that is a mask he likes to wear when acting out the part of the detective. I'd thus suspect it means less for base motives and more for his current mentality.

btw I feel I should make this clear, I'm probably just gonna keep this method of writing for while I'm catching up. Tbh it's not as bad as I thought, though it seems activity is heavily weighted towards certain times. Might just be the fact FG games appeal to certain players.
