In both posts, it’s saying that Scums usually need act like townie to get towncred and towns don’t need to act like townie to get towncred. It's usually scums burden to get towncred, not towns.

i agree with dann, who says that town almost always will do things that benefit mafia*. the mafia will mimic this pattern if they think it will make them look town.

*may include less severe actions too, like tunnelling and not contributing, which won't really make mafia stronger in terms of info, but is still bad

post 346: i want to reaffirm that scum can mimic the carefree attitude of an anti-town townie. the posting will have an agenda behind it, because looking town can help with accomplishing their goals
