Bad assumption. I "vaguely" remember we had a recent game with all 3 leading wagons on D1 being on Scum. It was a Large though, but I'm arguing the principle itself. Yes on the PR part, but odds are most likely on another scum PR.
Its unlikely we have 5 in investigation or 6 in protect/killing which are the only chances we have at 2 pr

Somewhat agree with this. Shutting down early quick hammers is low effort town cred for scum, and doesn't even consider the possibility that Gamma could be my buddy and that I was trying to save him. That shouldn't really be seen as town indicative.
