this may or may not be true, but at least it'll hopefully leave us with better tastes in our mouths as we go forward.

the later in the season you place in a ranked team the lower you're getting placed.

so on season 5 we should have a big launch party and rank game for 5 days straight?

on a more serious note, if we were serious we might want something other than four support mains. also, if we were serious i probably shouldn't play the two roles I've played least in the games given my overall inexperience with the game.

I main Jungle/Mid nowadays but I don't know if i'd play 100% to the caliber you guys might need. What is the skilllevel here?

well you could probably go like 3-2 near the start of the season and (probably)place somewhere in silver.

Maybe try slotting me at jungle and shifting people around again, see if people enjoy that better.

yeah. that's PARTICULARLY true if i try to jungle again, where I went i think 0/9 with an absolutely awful amumu. Think I will stick to bot lane from now on.

My 2 ranked 5s teams this season placed 5-0 and 4-1, to be placed in b1 and b2, respectively. (Or disrespectfully, as it turns out)
From there it was pretty much "fuck this" and /disband, I don't know why riot thinks a bunch of gold/plat guys want to suffer through bronze and silver ranked games forever to try and earn a ward skin.

Your performance in your earliest matches have the largest effect on your MMR, so losing more early to tank your MMR should allow you to have a higher winrate overall.

This only applies if you're on a team with people who don't yet have an established ranked 5s MMR, though, which doesn't fully apply to us.

I think you're a funny guy on here (disrespectfully... heh), but the Urgot Sex Appeal only has two rules: (1) voice comms (2) no raging, sulking, etc. I'm not sure you qualify for the latter.

^ Direct response to iecerint's comment, I believe I am 9-1 in ranked 5s this season and my placed 5s MMR is bronze 1.5. Caveat emptor I'm gonna tank your placements just by being there, even if we win them all!

Pretty sure I don't rage/sulk but I can get pretty short with people who die stupidly ten times a game and then go for the 11th after you break it all down for them again.
Ostensibly you don't have anyone like that on a ranked 5s team since the whole point of playing ranked is to rank up for the rewards.

Plus if you've got papa gino on your team you've already "heard what are you doooing?!" and that's about all I really say anymore.

Well, you guys seem like you have a lineup, but if you ever need a Mid or Jungle, feel free to hit me up.

Am I the only one to think new Soraka's really bullshit and needs toning down? The Q seems way too easy to hit, even at mid range. Which means free (and infinite) healing for everyone.
