MegA was already confirmed scum from my PoV, the claim that Shrek had implicated scum in {DGB, Shrek} which was what I was more focused on solving. I didn't need MegA dead because if I was shot they were dead anyway.

Fair, I did rush to the conclusion that DGB was ascetic which if you'd read the thread was because I couldn't understand why scum would RB me that night.
