We're going to explore what sticks out to me first:
↑ FourseenCircumstance wrote:Alright,,
So Diddin I don't know where you were going in your first post nor do I care...
Warrirmode do you have any sort of postrestriction?
Crypto, your counter case against Diddin fairly weak, but the case on you is even weaker. hmm ponder.....
But looking at the plan from Magna....... It seems like the case be...... you are likely a good target at least not a good informational lynch for town.
unvote. Vote: Crypto
...This is bad. There are a lot of people who are going in this game 'I don't get the votes on Four.'
Let me explain this to you: you should never, ever vote someone, even Day 1 and go 'hrm. Wonder how this person flips.' Ignore the congitive dissonance and the fancy words until I have my say here. You. Do. Not. Vote. For. Anyone. Solely. On. Seeing. How. They. Flip. I could understand a 'Crypto, why are you being an abrasive asshole, this doesn't work for town' faulty reasoning better than this.
↑ FourseenCircumstance wrote:hmmm..... Ponder.....
Crypto is a pretty active player and that is very helpful for the town early on to generate discussion and what not so I'd like to see him stick around.....
unvote
To be fair, there are two interpretations of this post and both of them are correct depending on your viewing stragedy.
1) Oops. I made a mistake here. This player is protown and my reasoning was horribad to begin with.
2) Damn! People are riding me, must unvote.
I'm leaning towards #2 in the above situtation.
ML's #264 first paragraph is a diatribe on cases that I don't agree with (in my experience, motivation is everything and if people just placed Vote: Moron and never explained their votes, it'd be a sad game state. If everyone withheld reasoning and who and when were most important, you could win every game with a VCA and you could just run a game like Communication Breakdown without acutally needing the chat rooms.)
Paragraph 2: You're trying too hard. The problem with warriormode's post:
↑ warriormode wrote:I like your plan implosion.
Should be very helpful.
And I doubt scum will pass each other abilities.
But if they do, all the easier I suppose.
Vote: crypto
Is quite simply this. He talks entirely about Imp's plan without acutally mentioning anything about crypto. It's like 'how awesome, oh wait, let me slip this vote into here...' Riiiiiiiiggghhht. The rest seems...well, pushing it, really. This is a 'too helpful, too townie' reasoning, which is one I don't brook with well.
Paragraph Three: ...Because the amount of votes had nothing to do with how horrible Fourseen's comment was. Right. Keep in mind that the vote was about Four suggesting we should vote for crypto because his lynch would be informative. There's no speck of town reasoning there.
Paragraph Four: What's the thesis here? Are you saying Warrior's scum, Crypto's scum or Fourseen isn't scum? Because you've now included Crypto into the whole Fourseen issue as part of teh wagon building on him. By the way, iyou're stretching here.
Paragraph Five: ...Is everyone NOT directly voting for Warrior scum? Or more to the point is MoI avoiding Four's wagon and not voting for Warrior and choosing a different direction now scummy because in your head Warrior is obv scum.
Paragraph Six: Reads "I don't really have a case here so I'll shelve it." Paragraph seven is fluff saying not enough people are posting. Which is true,
NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE ARE POSTING.
Also #265 is backwardsly hypocritical considering ML made tenative connections to Warrior, MoI and Crypto all in the same post. These posts are kinda what strikes me wrong about ML personally.
↑ warriormode wrote: ↑ Toogeloo wrote:By the by...
I have a power. One that has been described as "anti-town" by at least one person.
Seriously? Why are you sharing this?
Unvote, vote:Toogeloo
Opportunistic here. Frankly, if we follow MoI's plan, it should be good to see where it goes, so this isn't an anti-town thing for Toog to do. I don't like the immediate reaction of voting here.
I support either Implosions or MoI's claiming plan, MoI's a bit more so I know what I'm claiming when. Implosion: if the doc can protect against poison, when should the doc claim it does/does not?
Best thing to ever happen to the Crypto slot was DGB. Crypto was the kind of person that got my hackles to rise and made me want to vote him just because he made me annoyed and mad.
Sinestro bothers me with his analysis post on #284. Sheeping is probably one of worst scum reads ever. You're not necessarily awesome protown because you're hip and edgy. There's also not a lot of scumhunting in your scumhunting...
Fun fact: Just because someone's VI doesn't mean they're not scum.
Don't like Furc going 'I'm not SK hunting'. I work around scum whether or not they're SKs.
Junpei seems to be playing 'reads roulette.' If you read his ISO: #144: Sinestro is scum. #192: Fourseen is scum. #199: Crypto is...sorta scum. #250: is Four acutally scum or is this a p-lynch? #267 and #270 admittedly read Town to me; although there is a 'warrior is scum' there. #329: Toog, Stringer, Magister Ludi, didden are all scum. #365: DBG is scum. #382: Red Coyote might be scum.
There is no way they're all scum at the same time. This is like a game I played with Fate once where he FoSed the entire town. You know what we did to him?
We fed him his daily dosage of fiber via rope.
Vote: Junpei
Acceptable Lynches Today: Fourseen, Warrior, Magister Ludi, Sinestro, Junpei.
Not Lynching Today: MoI, DGB, Implosion, RedCoyote (weak).
Meh: Everyone else.
