Oh Wait. I guess thok wasn't either, but I think Thok is far less likely Scum than bloojay. Hmm. If there is a nightkill tonight, then we're at lynch or loose right now. Otherwise, if we kill a pro-town as long as the mafia miss another kill we'll get one more day. Of course, I guess we shouldn't be depending on that.

@Foolster - why didn't you investigate bloojay last night?
And isn't 4 scum a lot for a mini game?

@CA - Please pay attention. This is the last time I'll explain it. My role does NOT work like that. I get a RANDOM target from the town and it's posted in my article. I do NOT get a PM back. the only choice I get is weither or not I use the abillity. Sorry if I'm testy but this is the third time I had to explain my role.
Yes it is alot. But I beleive it has happened before.
Mod: We're not supposed to declare a "Town victory" or anything are we? Seem that before too and want to be sure.

Incidentally, CA, who did you offer an interview to last night? It occurs to me that at this point we should probably just reveal all of our targets.

Wait. I thought it was Thok who granted interviews? Didn't you interveiw me a few nights ago Thok?

We both grant interviews. From your response I gather CA interviewed bloojay last night (since he apparently didn't interview either of us).

This game is waaay too slow. Thinking about it, I'm 90% sure that bloojay is our final scum.
vote: bloojay
. CA, please reveal your night choices (As Thok said, might as well).

Hi, everyone. Sory, I was out of town for the extended weekend.

Here we go: my interviews are as follows -
Thok wrote:Hi, I've got a similar role to you (I can offer people an exclusive inteview which allows them to send me one pm). Do you want to try to arrange something with this? If so, start a post with the word "Yes" (you can include it in part of the sentence) and I'll offer you an interview tomorrow night so you can suggest ideas. If not, start a post with the word "No".

Thok wrote:HI CA,
Sorry for not sending you a PM sooner, I haven't got much to say.
I offered an inteview to stark tonight. As you probably figured out, I offered Foolster an interview the previous night.
Stark's already replied to me-he said something about his role and coffee fields in Cuba.

I am somewhat skeptical of Thok. Since the scum in this game are from a rival newspaper, I thought it was possible that Thok might have been my evil twin or something.
If Foolster's scum, I'm about ready to lose to him anyway. I don't think I'll be voting for Foolster.
I still don't see any reason that we shouldn't go no lynch anyways. Are we just assuming that bloojay is SK and hasn't submitted a kill this whole game?

by Foolster41
Well. I Know I'm not scum, and considering I helped out two scum, at very least you know I'm not mafia. (I Suppose that doesn't prove I'm not a SK or something)
The idea of a evil twin is an interesting one. And it's true Thok hasn't been cleared yet by my role.
The no-killing thung is confusing. It makes me think that a SK is unlikely, and it's most likely simply a 4 party scum group.
As for no kill. If we don't kill tonight, we'll be lynch-or-loose tomarrow.
Obvisouly it's best we kill the scum tonight, but no lynch is better than killing a townie. Worst case scenerio is we kill a townie tonight, and loose another, which means we loose.
Hmm. I'm not sure who I distrust more, Bloojay or Thok. Ok. I'm willing to

The fact that Thok didn't really comment on my role also bugs me. However, I don't think that there would be a fourth scum. My guess is that there's a SK, and it's probably bloojay. The "editor" as a sort of godfather role makes sense to me.
What do you say, Thok? I'm pretty sure Foolster's clear; I'd like to hear a bit more from you.

Again, I believe that the last scum/SK type is bloojay. CA can't be the last scum by the newspapers, and frankly Foolster's role all but confirms him in my eyes, although I guess he could be doing clever things with the newspaper.
However, I'm sort of surprised that nobody has asked for bloojay to be either prodded or replaced yet.
CA-didn't you offer other interviews than those? You should have one from last night also.
Should I list my interviews also?

Thok wrote:CA-didn't you offer other interviews than those? You should have one from last night also.
I think you're right. I must have forgotten my choice last night. I thought the game was over when we made the last lynch.
I feel bad for whomever has to replace at this point; they're almost certainly going to read all these pages just to get lynched...

Objiously I'm not even considering the possibility of CA being scum. So basicly it's down to you, Thok and Bloojay.
Having two identical roles worries me, so I'm not as sure bloojay is our scum any more.
At this point I'm thinking the best move is a no lynch and see what happens, unless there is some real compelling reason why we KNOW that Bloo or Thok is scum (which I don't think we have) There's a 50% chance I'll hit one of the remaining two uncleared players, thus revealing who the real scum is.

Vote Count:
3 - No lynch (Foolster41, Commodore Amazing, Thok)
Not voting (1): bloojay
After a night with no deaths, the town chooses to follow suit and lynch no one.
It is now NIGHT 6. I will seek a replacement for bloojay, then set a deadline for night. However, feel free to submit your night choice before then.

The morning paper arrives once again with bad news on the front page:
Morning Daily Times - Your Daily Source for News in the Morning
Day 6
Front Page:
Killing Resumes after a Day’s Respite
By Yggdrasil
The string of murders continues as the MDT’s star reporter and two-time employee of the day,
Commodore Amazing
was murdered. MDT employees found his body in the building when they returned to work this morning. He was shot from behind while sitting at his desk. “His presence here will be greatly missed,” remarked a co-worker. “He was one of the best reporter’s on staff. His interviewing skills were of great use during this recent crisis.”
Police have yet to identify the remaining members of the conspiracy to murder employees of the MDT. Until they have more leads, they urge MDT members to be alert for any suspicious activities.

Employee of the Day - Gin Fizz
By Nom DePlume
Today’s employee of the day is the MDT’s own Chief Editor,
Gin Fizz
. Gin Fizz recently stepped into the Chief Editor position after the former Chief Editor, bloojay, was abducted by aliens. As Chief Editor, Gin Fizz has the ability to take the editing process into his own hands. Despite the fact that he’s too lazy to do this most of the time, he is still very deserving of our Employee of the Day award.
Weather:
By Sonny Raincloud
Clear skies with highs in the low 90s and a light breeze from the West.
It is now DAY 6. With 3 alive, it will take 2 votes to lynch.

Interesting. Since I know I'm not scum that means that one of the Nom De Plume articles was probably editted. Now I have to decide which one was editted. However, I still think that bloojay/Gin Fizz is most likely the last remaining bad guy.
Just to check Foolster, do you know what exactly your investigations look for? In particular, do they report good/evil or just role (say writer, investigative reporter, etc.)

Hi all.
Good game so far. I hope I'll be able to fill in admirably for what looks to be the final day.
As it happens, I agree with Thok that at least one of the EotD articles was edited, but today's article is truthful. I am the Chief Editor, and I am on the town's side. Take a look at past issues of the paper and the posts immediately following them; once you've reached your own conclusions, I'll share mine.
