Ok, so now there's a wagon on Cabd. Let's wait until he finishes his ISO and then see what we will do. We still have a couple of days before deadline, I think.

@bestwillcui
What made Guyett seem scummier to you than Derivan, Cabd, and JasonWazza?
Posted: Tue Jun 25, 2013 3:32 pm
by bestwillcui
Derivan: he actually posted some stuff that was useful. My scumread on him was basically trying to post more and be more helpful, which he started doing.
Cabd: I knew there was probably gonna be a big wagon on him, and I didn't want to start the wagon.
JasonWuzza: my previous votes on him were mostly OMGUS because I was mad and scared that he voted me. After looking at his posts a bit more, he is looking a little less scummy.
On the other hand, the more I read Guyett's posts, the scummier he looks for some reason. It is mostly a gut feeling, but for some reason I think Guyett is scum.

@JasonWazza: What made you give up on the bestwillcui wagon? He hasn't done much of anything to redeem himself. Furthermore, Cabd has already stated his plans to post ISO's, so what is the added pressure hoping to accomplish in the meantime?
Did you not read my post?
Best is still scummy, but Cabd's more scummy, is it really that hard a concept to grasp?

Your post doesn't mention anything about bestwillcui or why Cabd is
more
scummy than him. You previously described bestwillcui as "scummy as fuck" and asked for someone to declare hammer intent, but now you have jumped off his wagon without commenting on him further.
In post 378, JasonWazza wrote:Best is still scummy, but Cabd's more scummy, is it really that hard a concept to grasp?
Of all the people on Best's wagon, you seemed the most enthusiastic; however, the only justification you gave for leaving his wagon was shaky at best. Guyett's reads were very fluffy, and it seems apparent that Cabd was looking for stated reads as opposed to implied ones. How does that make him scummier than your previous suspect?
You also didn't answer my question about what you wanted to accomplish with the Cabd wagon. He has already promised specific content and I doubt a wagon is going to make him provide it faster.
In post 377, bestwillcui wrote:Cabd: I knew there was probably gonna be a big wagon on him, and I didn't want to start the wagon.
Why don't you want to start wagons? That sounds concerned about
appearing
rather than
playing

Hey Grantula, why not let Cabd defend rather then you defending him.
Also not pointing out the OBVIOUSLY implied reads, is actually extremely scummy, yes they were "fluffy" but he was EXPLAINING HIS READS.

My turn to say this:
The post is about you not Cabd.

BTW I'm choosing to post them all at once. Tomorrow. Because that way we don't get shenanigans like my first half of guy's ISO.
So you all can look forward to that. Anybody hammering before then is obviously scum, so I suppose if scum wants to hammer me early, they can.

I wonder will he actually post one by tonight....
I decided to not make a comment though because he gets quite pissy when you do.
In post 360, Guyett wrote:@gar he has been promising ISO's and reads for weeks, given the amount of time it took to post my ones we might be waiting another week to get thos new ISO's
an example of a previous comment after another promise to post reads/ISO's.
I wonder how he'd take it?
In post 362, Cabd wrote:Get off your high horse man. Some of us have other things that take priority. No need to be in a rush to end the day. If you lynch me at the end of it so be it but ill be damned if I won't get to speak my cases.
Not well. How long have you been promising these reads ISO's again?

But wait... you said you'd have stuff posted by tonight for sure (post 374)
This is more delaying and stalling on your promises.

Those explanations were about as clear as mud and to say their obvious? You're the one reaching here and trying real hard to make something out of this to pin on Cabd. TheGarantula makes some good points also, that was a pretty quick jump onto the Cabd bandwagon, I hope you didn't get whiplash. Do explain cause you're looking scummy now.
In post 377, bestwillcui wrote:Cabd: I knew there was probably gonna be a big wagon on him, and I didn't want to start the wagon.
What?? Why wouldn't you want to start a wagon? Especially since you were sitting at L-1 just a few days before lynch and if you were town, lynching another guy that is not you would be a pretty damn good plan even more so if you think he's scum. Unless, you're scum and you don't want to bus your scum buddy.
Also, there were 2 votes on Cabd already and you wouldn't have been starting anything. This is disingenuous as all fuck and confusing me.
And with Derivan popping in out of the blue..everyone looks scummy
I need to get off work and read again.

@rhyx tbh Jason has been on both Cabd and Best's case for a while calling both out for being scummy... I'd imagine he'd be happy with either going
I think Best is a lot smarter than he is letting on, he is playing a newb game making it look town.

Your gonna have to explain the scum motivation for that.
If he's not a newb, then playing a "newb" isn't going to help him.
9 times out of 10 it's a newb being lynched (note; This is not an actual statistic)

OK then, well they were obvious to me, yeah he doesn't say specific reads, but it's really not hard to read between the lines and draw the conclusions i did.
Also why is it i can't think both are scummy?

^This, basically. I was going to try to say something along these lines last night but I was incoherent by that point so I thought I'd better get to it in the morning.
@Guyett: People seriously do have shit to do sometimes. I for one hate being got after for procrastinating or postponing due to MeatWorld issues.

The thing is, we have less than 48 hours before the day is up. If any cases are going to be made, they should be made now.

@GM I understand that but it has been a full week since he first stated he was going to comprise a big post and all he has done is teased us with a half finished ISO on me... Like Gar said we have less than 48 hours to go before the deadline!!! I am pretty sure he will flip scum and he is only stalling us into a no vote.
@Rhyx and Best you are both still voting for me, has the last day or 2 changed your mind on your vote? I agree Deri is acting suspicious with his observational style of play, it seems very much like active lurking

Yes, you're right. I didn't vote Derivan because I thought he would actually start doing stuff, but he is back to lurking. Derivan, we expect you to do more.

In post 394, TheGarantula wrote:@bestwillcui: Why are you resistant to start popular wagons like Cabd's, but willing to join Derivan's?
Because Cabd is willing to provide information and help us, so we have to wait. Derivan, on the other hand, is lurking a lot, so I hope that my vote will help him contribute more.

Do you mean between Cabd and Derivan? Probably Cabd, although Derivan hasn't posted since his wagon formed, and I'm still looking forward to Cabd's ISOs.
I don't totally get what you guys are saying about Derivan's posting style; it seems to just be a townie trying to play logically mixed with inactivity. (Though the relative inactivity does make him hard to read)
That said, I still think bestwillcui hasn't done enough to have his wagon drop so my vote will remain for now.

Ok, how about this. If Cabd doesn't finish his ISO's before the deadline, then we lynch him or request another extension (probably not gonna get one though). If he does and it's good, we lynch someone else.

I suspect we shall have to wait and see on Deri.
I'm personally not a fan of the speed at which Cabd's wagon grew, though it hasn't put me off lynching him entirely. No matter who gets lynched today or what they flip, I'll definitely want to take a look at Jason in particular tomorrow.
@ryhx: Same question, where would your hypothetical compromise vote go?
