You're all getting het up about the fact that we said that causing someone to feel shitty about their play is a pro thing to do, yet you don't see anything wrong with the way you acted? Fuck me, you were horrible enough to someone to cause them to want to replace out within the first ten pages of the game. Regardless of alignment, or what she did first, it's a shitty thing to do, and the fact you don't even feel bad is hilarious to me. It was me who forced Quadz to say it, because I felt strongly that it was a really crappy thing to do.
My current thoughts for scum are Zdenek and Cerulean. Obviously you're all gonna be like LOL IT'S COS THEY VOTED YOU but trust me, it's not
Zdenek is trying to be all town-leadery, from my pov, and I don't think he has the skill to do it, so it strikes me as odd. Cerulean I just don't like their posts. I will go through and find specific examples
if you really want
but you could just believe me and we'll be fine.
People who can go on the town pile: Nero Cain, Venmar, LLD and Plum. I've liked what I've seen from those people.

You've got to be kidding if you completely missed the fact that I apologized and said it was probably a decision she didn't want to make late at night, tired, dealing with taxes, etc.
Right?
You're joking, right?
Because if you seriously think I didn't feel bad when the whole thing started as
Tammy is not at the top of her game and should go rest so she can be awake and super awesome at the game
, you have a seriously messed up perception of me.

I don't have a problem with the posts in which you have content (they exist, they are good!), but empty one-liners at 2 AM or whatever it is where you are, when you're dealing with taxes and all sort of other crap, show that your head is not really in the game. I don't want that to happen, and I doubt the vacant posting itself isn't helping anyone else either. THAT is what I meant by it. I want you rested and contributing because I think you're Town and we've become pretty good at bouncing ideas back and forth in recent game.
Yeah, I snapped at you. Yeah, it was probably over the line, and I'm sorry for that. The "go the fuck to sleep" line was meant to be sarcastic, it was straight out of the link Shadoweh pulled up.
I'm sorry. I'm not going to ask you to stay in the game because there's weird meta stuff involved in that and it's not my call, but I did not mean to push you off like that, and I think that is a decision you should not be making late at night.
Seriously, what the fuck, how does this convey "I don't feel bad about how things turned out", Nexus?
Bottomline: it's a game, I fucked up, I feel sorry about that, but you two clearly aren't bothering to read our posts and that does not bode well for your alignment when apparently we're not in the "Town pile" and you should be sorting us out.

I forgot that apologising for doing something shitty makes it all better. Sorry about that!
I didn't say I thought you were scummy. You've not got us on your Town-pile, and that doesn't bode well for your alignment either! Although, Quadz is pretty insistent you're town, and given he's probably played with you more recently, I'm inclined to agree with him.

Granted, the cases they plead are anonymous, and I don't choose a name, but rather whichever post I liked better, but that's beyond the point~.

For a change of pace, I'm going to irrationally defend Tierce (Sixty) for a bit.
While 99 is a post to put in their signature for Nexus, the wall gets worse as it goes down. This isn't the puppyhalf with Tammy meta, but those Cerulean posts were starting to stretch belief for me. In addition, somehow Nacho went from "I have no read on F-16" to "I have a Town read on F-16 but not enough of one to actually come forward and say it's a Town read". The Tim Howard read is indeed trying hard, as is the throwout on you (UT) - I don't mind your Cerulean vote but that's probably not significant in the long run.
What would be super-interesting would be sangres moving their vote. Anything is better than No Lynch.

This is really scum hunting. Man, I need some lessons. I didn't realise the meta had shifted to just making one line statements = scumhunting.
Basically, he jumped to defend Tim Howard in posts 284, 285 by attacking Sixty and Cerulean and now he's jumped to attack Venmar who's attacking Cerulean and defending Tim Howard (among other things).
This is probably your best post, because at least you're justifying yourself!

Please can someone explain to me how Cerulean's posts are coming off as remotely pro-town, because I just don't see it. A lot of what they've posted is useless fluff, and I was under the impression that both Empire and Tammy posted better than that in general. *shrug*.
(This is all Nexus).
I am, now, going to speak to Quadz before I post again.

I'm not going to continue this argument, because it's not going to help the game if I do. I apologise if you think I was out of line, but I really didn't like what you did, and felt I needed to say something.
From my end, I'm dropping it.

If you can point out to anywhere I said "it makes things all better", especially considering that
Tammy is not posting currently
, you get a cookie. Otherwise, you can bugger off, Nexus. You're unnecessarily rubbing crap in, making erroneous statements deliberately (saying the above, saying that I don't feel bad, hurriedly patching up "not in Town pile != scummy so we totally don't need to figure you out") and trying to prolong conflict for the sake of conflict and not even trying to read us (or Cerulean through Tammy's outburst, if nothing else!), so have fun with that while I go watch the moon instead.

I posted my top town reads and top scum reads and got shit for it. So I then say why I didn't put you in my town reads, and get shit for it? Wicked.

He's pretty obviously scum at this point, so I'm afraid one game of you reading him correctly isn't going to convince me.
He went from Zdenek is trying to lead the town to Zdenek isn't scum hunting and is posting one liners in the space of 23 minutes.
Then he goes to insulting me - Zdenek #1 scum-hunter.
Which is dissonant with him thinking that I'm scum.
Then he acts as though all my votes were somehow serious as a means to insult my scum hunting, and several of my votes obviously were not serious.
(I am holding my vote for TH pending a VC because one in the morning.)

Could you elaborate on how you got a Town read on Tim Howard from their first five posts without us having to have played dozens of games with Nexus?

I might, when I get time, but I don't right at present and I wouldn't hold your breath for anything significantly more satisfying than what I've already said. It's the sort of thing that can be got into later down the line if needed but, on Day 1, just look elsewhere.

I fell asleep and people started immediately talking about me. <_<
It's not like Tammy can tell when I'm Town either, she would just waffle about it. I only have two modes, really Fucking Obvious Scum and Cute. I like to think I sound more
crass
genuine
as Town.

I don't think anyone voted you for being a jerk to Sixty, not even Sixty who has been voting you since page 7.
Not having the skill to be a leader has never stopped anyone from trying. Considering the lull from people who didn't know how to push past RVS-y thoughts, someone trying to take charge in that situation should come off as more pro-town, yes? Otherwise it does look like yes, it's because Zdenek was voting you. The ad-hominem quote wall of Zdeneks after this doesn't help. You do not look like you're attacking Zdenek for being Scum, just "Bad".
Cerulean's #362 IE Empire taking the reins seriously looked pretty damn pro-Town to me and filled with delicious actual reasoning on more then a surface level. Saying they've posted alot of useless fluff (which isn't out of character for Tammy in general) ignores the reads posts interspersed between. They haven't just been fluffposting.
You've also got a weird town pile. The only thing Plum's done is sheep chamber onto Venmar, who you have a townread on, where did you pull a townread from that?

If I didn't think half the game could guess this I wouldn't be inclined to answer you, but no. I can just
read minds
intuit reasoning. I do have irresistible urges to flavorgame the setup and crack everyone's picks wide open for some reason though!
Less talking to someone who isn't as pretty as me? What do you think of:
- Nero Cain claiming not to be an Innocent Child
- Zdenek, in general I guess
- UT who tbh seems forgettable to me this game
- DayMasoning with Cerulean and/or making some weird SCS hybrid?
To CBD, who I have mostly been ignoring. I understand the nature of your complain, but "LLD is really super obvtown" and "LLD should stop trolling people by making it sound like there will be actual posts to judge rather then who writes the best a b c d e stanza" are seperate statements. Also I just really wanted to show her how clever I am.
