Ok so I have a weird hang up this game
TW is voting momrangal
momrangal is voting invisibility
invisibility voted gemini/TW
strong odds on at least a scum is in this grouping but guess wrong and probably instead detracts from town who is pushing scum (though tbf there's not much pressure from any of these which maybe again loops back to the read to begin with)

math voting nauci because nauci should be more obvtown as town
nauci I'm floating though even as gamma vote read lazy pressure on gamma isn't really the worst thing in the world

essentially people are more pro-town than usual e.g. nobody iirc is pushing my better townreads (at least then you can more comfortably spec scum motivation) at least based on where I'm sitting and ehhhh
possibly this may imply 1 sided distancing (as opposed to 2way which I think is more common) or a misread elsewhere though not necessarily

ultimately it's possible this is completely nothing or a red herring though

math isn't feeling like town!him yet, gimmick nonewithstanding, and I'm concerned that he's using it to make him harder to read. The gimmick itself isn't inherently AI but it's a bit scummy to me in this specific context, and I think it's scummy to keep it up when people are saying that it makes him harder to read. It's not just generic opposition that I personally don't like the gimmick or something; keeping it up there isn't AI imo. It's specifically that I think it's making him hard to read.

Also, I mean, i just did this last night and I think my thoughts are pretty clear, but ok.

this isn't in any particular order:
townlean: bernie, stungun, probably keyser
scumlean: math, duckling, mom, gamma

idk where to put you right now.

i don't have AI thoughts on most of the other players.

I'm entertaining people and that's the gimmicks goal
Being lame and readable isn't this game's role
You kinda scumread me no matter what my play is
But my factions always obvious, just in later phases

I mean, I don't always scumread you, and sometimes I can townread you pretty easily when you, like, gamesolve (newbie 1859 + post-hammer 1872) but you aren't behaving that way yet so if you're town I'm not really seeing it.

I'm aware that you can be readable if you want to and that's why i'm not voting you right now because I think I can give you space to do your gimmick thing for a bit and if you're town you'll make it pretty clear eventually; I don't want to mislynch you day1 again, oops.

Actually I second guessed that though I could say why initially

it might just be approaching time to compromise to get something going but I do feel like there's potentially something to math here, and at very least warrants a stance out from most at minimum

Haters be skatin
Players be waitin
Equatin my play in
Games all last May with
Scum when I basically never roll scum

Math's post where he agreed with my townread on Key was very townie in light of our interactions up to that point, particularly the "hate to admit" language. That emotion, "fuck, I can't believe I agree with this guy whose play I've just spent a few posts attacking," is pretty hard to fake and suggests that Math's read was genuine, not the result of an informed perspective. And his townread on Stun followed pretty naturally from the townread on Key. There's other things but those two are more than enough to townread Math.

But I sympathize with North in this game where she died

and the sum total of the case on me is "lol she's not obvtown so i guess she's scum". people think they have such a good impression of my meta that they can instantly read me and it's literally just not true at all. I have
three
real scumgames completed so far, all of which are undoubtably out of date for anyone attempting to use them as the basis for my play this game, not to mention the questionable validity of attempting to extrapolate based on that miniscule of a sample size.

I feel like everyone has just seen me as town so many times that they're starting to get paranoid / hyperaware of how i'm playing, just waiting for the one time when i will roll scum
(i say this because i did the same thing to mathdino in the game me and rc hydra'd together with – he did end up being scum, but my paranoia wasn't based on anything).

@bernie sanders, do you have a past game where you were scum, and one that you were town in, that i can meta-reference to? i’m having a hard time developing a read on you for some reason; this would help me out a bit.

my thoughts: regarding you, a lot of your content reads to me as though it is contributing to an unnecessarily high amount of posts in this thread (essentially spamming) and is adding insubstantial bulk to the pages, neither of which give me clear town incentive, so the irrelevance/lack of clear pro-town focus of many of your posts is making it hard for me to develop a townread on you and making it harder to read the game in general because I feel like use up so much analytical power trying to develop reads from your content. further, i’m not quite convinced you’re scum either, because of a few train-of-thoughts you have pursued giving me a slight town indication, but they aren’t clear town indications. so, overall i’m very conflicted on you at the moment.

@invisibility, what’s your take on bernie sanders gameplay so far? you think he’s more likely to be scum or town?
my thoughts: i could see him being any alignment, but i’d have to lean towards town myself until i have serious reason to scumread him. so he’s a nulltown read for me, but my read is subject to change if granted further evidence.

I'm actually really interested to give some in depth thoughts
On skitter and the others in the "obv as town" type bloc
I don't read them on activity, that's a common misconception
I read them on their thinking patterns and their read progression
One time I played with skitter it took like eighty pages
For her to finally drop the towntell I waited on for ages
Until I see those towntells, the players stay at null
I promise to search their ISOs before this game gets dull

Let's play a group game

Divide game by as such
A{Mathdino Irrelephant11 skitter30 Shoshin Bernie Sanders the worst stungun0404 Keyser Soze}
B{Nauci Momrangal Invisibility northsidegal Gamma Emerald}
arbitrary but mostly by content, tbh

you have to shoot 1 in each group right now, Who?
In A I'd probably shoot TW despite what I've said on math as there is tbf an element of burden of proficiency wrt math/possible downisde (though he'd be my second); otoh this being mostly from gemini on the TW slot and tw cant really ever answer to anything there beyond getting to present himself when all up to speed
In B it's tricky given it's mostly good names but I'd still edge it out to invisibility given there's still enough sample size there IMO and he does just kinda feel fake with his game interest

Do the Math, read my past, scum can't last when they feel my wrath
They leave me alive to lead me down the wrong path
But they all regret it in the afterMath

I'm the greatest lyricist this site has ever known
Rob it of its innocence when I come into my own
Killthestory? Killed his story, turned LUV into history
Things get pretty gory when I come out of prehistory

This rhyme was pretty lame, by the way. 50 points to be taken from Hufflepuff for this one.

this was a weird way to follow someone onto a townread, so i’m just noting it.

@theworst: how do you feel about nsg’s slot?

my take: i know nsg lurks as scum, so i am scumreading her until i get an indication that she is not lurking and is actively trying to help town. i feel she would be a solid wagon for pressuring right now.

@northsidegal, what do you feel differentiates your townplay from your scumplay?
my answer: having you self-reflect here because i’ve never witnessed your townplay, but i have seen your scumplay, and i want to know if you tend to lurk in your townplay like i know you do in your scumplay.
