The post is inherently more likely to come from scum based on several years of empirical data of the kind of posts that town and scum make, especially especially if Datisi is scum. This is based on both the content, the format, the smiley, and his later justification of it.

He'd be inclined as scum to throw out a reckless townread on a townie who objectively appears scummy, but I doubt he'd recklessly defend a teammate in a scenario where town RC suspects them.
