Datisi is one of my strongest townreads so you’re either scum or dreadfully wrong. Maria is still suspicious to me rn as well so through reverse engineered Rule of Three I think you could reasonably be scum.

Gamma's inquisition at the begining of the game towards Mena looked like "I have to look busy and worry about the market holder because that's what town would do", and now turning to Datisi goes well with that theory.

Maria I have nothing it's just a cool thing to call her scum at the begining of the game (also because she was being nice and I think she's nicer as scum hehehehe don't hate me Maria I know you actually love Silver Bullet)

I don’t think Datisi is tunneling though, he seems like he’s genuinely sorting Menalque.

If you read the entire game until this point it looks like a fake tunnel since the begining. He didn't like Menalque's stance about the market holder and since then he has been calling him akward/memey/whatever.
