EH.....
I'm not so sure. Ok maybe he's just a lazy ineffective town but sitting back and doing nothing while letting town post and in fight (not that there's been alot FMPOV) seems like it would be a decent way to get people to forget about you and let the wagon get off of you.
As of now, he's my #1 choice for elimination.

though if IV does flip scum then I feel like it kinda points to there being scum in May, Gul or TPG. I'm town reading both NPOM and Norway.
