I find STD hard to read. I only get vibes off of him and have misread him in the past. I think he's town here but I know my reads on him are likely to be bad, so I would rather he be possibly NKed so I don't have to read him if he's outside the coalition and we dont win.

Well, it happened. Everybody except Enchant (who has withdrawn from the proceedings) is now giving Cyrus and I the nod. I guess I have to figure out how I feel about that.

Frankly as much as I don't love the play I am hard-pressed to see how scum does what enchant is doing. Which would mean both scum are going for me and Cyrus. Does it make me want to put enchant in my 5? Damn.

And not so much "active" as "willing to make waves." It's a good start, but better if it continues.

Right now, I think I'd be okay with either my current coalition, or swapping someone out for Hakai.

To pass, five people have to have the exact same group of five people in their coalition.

So something like:

F: B,C,D,F,G
G: A,C,D,G,H
H: D,E,F,G,H

The A/B/C/D/E coalition, proposed by players A,B,C,D, and F gets locked in.

Its utility is mostly in terms of figuring out how close to a coalition we are(n't).

to win on D1 is what's important. Maybe we succeed. Maybe we don't. If we do, great! If we don't, we have valuable information that will hopefully help us win later.

Trying is not foolish. And it's certainly no gambit.
