No: if nolynch, -2 Daykills, then

6 Townies > 3 Mafia

The wincon should be when mafia have equal numbers to the town. For some reason the wiki says "equal" for the Goon and "outnumbering" for the 2-shot Goon, so I'll fix the latter now to the correct wincon.

Edit: Vote count should also reset after a daykill to prevent scum shooting while someone else is on L-1 and lowering the vote count threshold to "hammer" them. Adding this to the wiki too.
