1) predicting a town-flip on a player that's L-1 about to get lynched. He's put no effort into actually stopping the lynch or counterwagon and only mentions it when zoro's at L-1... could be trying to gain town credit if zoro flipped town

At this point, #1 doesn't matter because we haven't seen zoro's flip. Even so, I don't know much information this provides.
#2 doesn't make sense because even though he lurked much of the game, he's not lurking now.
