I framed it that way because Shos was proposing that it was fabricating it with T-Bone.

Amnesiac trackers apparently work the way they do in this game somewhat regularly outside the world of normalish games from what I can tell, or whatever the wiki version is based on.

Unless T-Bone blocks me, demonstrating that different people can get my tracks is pretty straightforward. The only reason it's not proven right now is that Rhinox died.

Pedit: It worked the same way in Nexus's game, so maybe your norms are outdated. I just know what my role is. <_<

If I were scum who was "conventionally amnesiac," I would admittedly probably use it to try to soft-clear a scumbuddy N1 (cf., your proposed Iec-Ceph business). But if I had a choice on the recipient, I wouldn't choose T-Bone. I'd choose someone I perceived to have more gravitas.

Further, there would be no reason for me to claim that the target was chosen if it wasn't. It would just set me up for awkward situations (e.g., being forced to give the results to a certain player down the line).

It's also a hypothesis that assumes I wouldn't go to the wiki for whatever modification I was thinking up, or that no one on the scumteam would be aware that scumCephrir's idea was nonstandard, or, hell, that no one on the scumteam would notice that my amnesiac tracker was different from what scumCephrir was describing.
