What's everyone's read of Hench Princess? what are your reasons for your read?

Oh hey Ceph, I actually won't laugh it off.
I think they're playing a highly manipulative game.

One of the challenges I'm experiencing is that both of them are playing a solid scum game and it's a little bit implausible for both of them to be fairly good at being scum.
I feel like this is one of those, as the pool narrows down it will be easier to sort them things if you try very hard.
But I also want to eliminate scum this dp or there won't be a town win at all. One of the things I was fairly okay with in trying to narrow the pool is that we're simply not going to win unless we start winning, which is circular but nevertheless true.
Town doesn't win by not eliminating mafia.
This is why the A50 turnstile was terrible.

i mean, that's why i wanted to keep pisskop on this side and get rid of him d1

but he got turnstiled because

something something

i dunno, because he was low content people wanted to shift him over? what little content he has sucks though
perhaps on a level above hench's case

turnstiling almost50 was theoretically fine even though it was pretty obviously not going to end this side. i guess if you thought there was a very high chance he's scum then it was prob better to flip him here today? *shrug*

if he's scum, there'd either have to be 2 scum here or he's scum with someone who is pretty confident about not getting voted out today

this is my public apology/notscience appreciation post for carrying our slot this game. believe it or not I am actually quite caught up in this thread, but every time I log into the hydra I am at a total loss for what to post about. I wanted to try and hydra for a Large game because normally big plists leave me in the dust and having someone like notty to steer, link me to important posts I may have missed, keep tabs on as many slots as we can, etc etc has been invaluable, but I can't help but feel terrible leaving all the heavy lifting to him and occasionally ghosting when I don't have the energy to play. I hope you know how much I appreciate all you're doing and how much I value you as a friend, not to mention that despite my absence this game I do find playing with you supremely enjoyable. Merry Christmukkah buddy.

this is bulge. I was leaning scum on them for a long time earlier in the game, and I notice a lot of shade being thrown around to various slots. individually these instances have pinged me but thinking back, as a whole, I think it is more town-indicative in a genuine stream-of-thought sorta way. it doesn't look strategic or agenda-driven at all to me.

briefly, and very much off the top of my head:

Bell
Titus
Dunn

Brian
Hench

Gypyx
Spiffeh
Muffin

strong TRs, no strong SRs.

bulge did you end up having any feelings about shelly on d1?

I was more convinced by Bell's conviction than anything else tbh. I did have experience with shelly as both alignments and caught her as scum at least once, but there was nothing before Bell showed up that majorly pinged me iirc.

so when ns posted this it was more that you hadn't expressed a townread rather than a scumread? Given you had more experience with shelly I'd hoped you'd expand on this post although unfortunately the time rushed that away. Basically had been hoping to ask you about this post yesterday and how accurate it had been at the time

I didn't really give much in the way of my own opinion re:shelly from what I can find on disc, just that I trust bell and was fine with the push being on her.

and @Bell, who I believe was at some point downtrodden for being wrong about shelly, I think someone said it already either here or in sgb, a cheater is always playing scum. regardless of whether she had any malicious intents in this game, the scum mindset will absolutely shine thru regardless of alignment when somebody is being sneaky like that.

Can you expand on Titus in your top tier? Anything in particular really make you feel good about that slot?

I didn't buy too much into the messed up claim, but I remember agreeing when someone said she could just as well have been scum trueclaiming.

I can maybe elaborate more later, but otherwise I'm just seeing a lot of town motivation from titus.

sirius was also incredibly townie.

Alright. If we could go even slightly further into the way back machine, why do you think your slot was run up in the inverted timeline?

oh god I have the memory of a goldfish who is stoned all the time

we both agreed the wagon was fucking awful. I haven't read more than a whole page at a time of the other thread since shortly after we inverted. probably scumled. I thought Noraa was scum, and I'm surprised skitter and superbowl are still alive.

did you know that superbowl is coming to this thread tomorrow?

I did not. are we welcoming him with crumpets, or a noose?

jk i shouldn't talk shit when I haven't read his thread in like 100 pages haha

but his posts were pissing me off big time around when we got wagonned
