Well t3 hard pocketed me that game so I have some thoughts. He fake claimed an investigative role and faked a guilty on his teammate to do so though so I'm not sure how applicable that experience is to this game.

That game I felt like t3 got me to believe in him by softechoing my thoughts, calling me obvtown, etc. Like by fake mind melding with me he convinced me that we must both be working towards the same goal. Turns out we kind of were because he imploded the scum team. BUT, I don't know if that is similar to this game and it's also one of those things where like reasoning matters and intent matters. T3 locking me as town to pocket me vs to solve the game would have to be different in some qualitative way.

The main concern I have is what motivated T3 to make such a bold play there
If we find that out I think a final answer can be reached

I don't think your mech analysis is correct. If scum don't shoot Gamma!town they can just shoot at Gamma's "clears" and DotW and force lylo with paranoia on Gamma's slot for living. If Gamma is scum, then he can use his clears as buddying in lylo or to protect a weaker partner.

An extra result gains us nothing.

The mech play is to eliminate Gamma.

An extra result into gamma lim if we can afford it is good because if town he could get a guilty.

By the time Gamma gets that extra result, we'd be in lylo anyway, forcing him to fake a guilty or argue the exact scumteam.

If you mislim today on not gamma, scum kills me tonight and you go into D5 with 8 people, potentially 3 scum, and no conf clears. You have to assume D5 is melo there. In that scenario you don't get to confirm gamma. You should only do that if you're sure gamma isn't scum

Well I knew he was the traitor in his first post and I was still convinced he was a real detective when he guiltied tris and shot him. I'm kinda tilted about that game tbh. I felt boxed in by how obvious his crumbs were and felt there was no leeway to let him flip. Also when Tris TAed Dwlee it made me think he was masons with shrek alongside their greg the egg crumb. I did well enough to push Zyla and defend myself against Taco in that game, but my night play and mechanics were just shit, feel pretty bad about that game in general.

I thought this was it. I had manatee kill that night because she already found dwlee could communicate and I assumed shrek was a mason with [someone] and was trying to confirm that dwle was greg the egg.
