I doubt Titus has any idea what happened. Tierce, you asked for a gift from the gods, who do you think answered you? Divine will can't be stopped by mere mortal things like 'roleblocks' and 'redirecting scum'. The scum however, don't appear to have killed anyone unless they also really liked killing Katsuki.
