Vigs, please kill within this group or otherwise lurking players. If the player is in a neighborhood with flipped scum (look in
NorwegianboyEE’s iso for that list), just know they are statistically less likely to be scum.

It's a lot easier to track kills if we vig inactives and people needing replacement, plus the scum will either cull all the deep wolves for us while we kill the inactive ones or they will ALSO kill in the inactives and make the game readable
