Chow chow is the Wurmple evolution line, which had two branches (very few Pokémon do, so I expect each to have special ways to turn into each, no? I’m positive they aren’t the only split line in the game.)

They turn from Wurmple into Cascoon or Silcoon, two Pokémon known for the move harden. They turned into these if we killed scum or town day one, respectively.

These evolve into Dustox or Beautifly.

chow chow started at Wurmple and became Cascoon due to the flip, normally in the pokemon games this is 100% random(i think it got tied to what time of day in game it is later on) - so yeah,

And the drawing that shows a crossed hospital is Im assuming a macho claim? But cant figure if hes claiming a role as well
