If I were Mole, I'd imagine I'd write something like this:

The town spent much of the day discussing who might be scum, everything from analysing pokémon powers to who stood up for who during the game. Shadyforce points the finger to Mathcam and Stewie, accusing them of being rockets, but Mathcam and Stewie both round on shady, saying how suspicious he acts and how they don't believe his claim over Articuno's powers. Shady protests saying how he will prove it to the town tonight. Massive stands up for Shady, claiming he has not acted rocket like at all. It seems it is a 2 on 2 situation until they realise there should be a 5th competitor left, and immediately notice that Fletcher has been very quiet. Once he hears his name mentioned however, Fletcher jumps into the scene and immeditely votes shady, condemning him to expulsion from the Pokémon league.

Shady looks distraught, almost betrayed, but has no time for that as Mathcam, Stewie and Fletcher round on Shady, bumping Massive aside, and are about to take away his competitor's badge when suddenly Shady, with a look of fear on his face, reaches into his pocket and brings out a Pokéball. He throws it on the ground and out pops a Pokémon... none other than

Abra

. The trio dive for Shady but it's too late. Abra teleports shady to safety. Unfortunately, Abra is too tired to warp him back immediately, and has warped shady so far away from the stadium that it will take him

one full day

to get back.

The league will continue as per normal except without shady. It is now night. Send choices in asap.

I don't think I've ever been put on a guilt trip for a wrong lynch before...

Massive, your ability was one-shot, right? Just so I don't spend a long time thinking about what to do and then have it not matter.

As far as I know, yes. I'll look at the PM again, but I'm pretty sure. Having the ability to stop multiple nights in a row would be much too powerful.

... having looked at it, I'll go ahead and post my findings. It doesn't say specifically that it is one-shot, but it is implied in the wording of the description of Moltres's ability. I can ask mole for clarification once we go to night, but I don't guess that helps anyone really.

If shady's end scene is true, then we probably oughta make "why Abra couldn't save Maverick night two" a top discussion topic for tomorrow.

I feel like I made this a topic when Maverick died, and I feel like someone gave me an answer that was good enough for me. I'll have to check back on what it was.

Yeah, we've gone through the "double-attack" aspect and the "quick-attack" explanation, but I just think with the added info and currently known list of players, it may be something that contains a hidden clue.

Do we have the revelation of what Abra does? Or just the "Abra tried to spirit Maverick away, but the Rockets were too fast for him" quote. Apparently, it applies to lynching. I guess I rescind believeing Shadyforce now. He certainly must have known this was going to happen, and if he were a townie, why wouldn't he have told us?

Abra will automatically (you do not have to select it as your pokémon for its ability to work each night) protect you from danger if anyone tries to kill you. This ability can only be used once, on the first time you are attacked.

I read it as "nighttime protection" ("work each night"). "Attacked" also seems to indicate nighttime ability.

Well, there you have it. He escaped, and that's why he said he was actually town, so he could still be scum (and I think so, since if he was really town he would just let himself die so we don't waste another lynch on him, and the night that massive bought us).

Anyone has any ideas on what to do know, I'd like to hear them.

Well, I for one am still trying to figure out if it's night, day, twilight, what? It seems like it should be night but I don't know how skipping lynches work.

And Stewie - please note that Abra says that the ability works whether or not you pick it to, kinda like your Kangaskhan (claimed) ... so (assuming it actually IS the work of Abra) shadyforce may not have had a choice in whether or not Abra teleported him away.
