Reason: Nicholas is very prone to backstabbing in Survivor games (being either backstabbed or almost backstabbed in the two games he's been able to finish since joining this time last year). He's also very good at the game, especially for being new to Survivor (he's telling me he hasn't watched the show or played a game on any other forum), and made the Jury in both games (which is quite a feat for a new player). In one game, (the second one, which was an All Stars, where Nich was without a doubt the newest member) no one even new who he was until halfway through, because the first was anonymous. That said, in Survivor: Two Worlds (which was abandoned), he got to play as Batman. So, I came up with this silly little quote that I think describes his play pretty well.
He's the hero Mish Mash deserves, just not the one they
need
want right now.
More coming tomorrow maybe.

That title makes it sound like he's the one doing the backstabbing.

I think that is a decent concept with a poor execution.

No chance to watch the video yet, but it's funny because Nicholas is pretty friendly. I approve.

it's basically just a clip from every reality tv show ever (including Survivor for what it's worth) where someone inevitably says, "I'm not here to make friends."

It's a fairly meh title for me. Survivor is a game that almost requires some sort of backstabbing in some sort of capacity. Is there something in particular that stands out about his situation in particular other than he's new?

It's practically a running joke at this point? I don't remember any running jokes coming out of MS Survivor games. I'd also argue that backstabbing isn't necessary (until you hit like Final 10), but that's for a different time.

I like the Not Here to Make Friends angle more then the Backstabbing Batman one.

I'm not sure backstabbing people in a Survivor MishMash game is enough to warrant a title since like every person ever has done that. I dunno.

No, it's for being backstabbed/almost backstabbed in all of the games he's played in so far, for being so damn good.

I like the concept, but both of the suggested titles are coming from the wrong angle since it's him that's getting backstabbed.

Zoraster's works because of this as well, imo.

Oh. In that case I put my title back in my pocket (because it's kind of a great title and should go to someone who it fits) and suggest:
Et tu?

Oh, I like that.
Maybe other references to Julius Caesar, like
The Ides of Mash
. Terrible, I know, but you get the direction I'm going.
Any references to Judas, Benedict Arnold, Brutus, etc all work

Et tu?
is short, succinct and works amazingly,
The Ides of Mash
amuses me far more then it should and also works amazingly.
Hats off to both of you for some great title work!

The Ides of Mash is the best one.

Ides of Mash is funny, but did you know that every month has an Ides? March is the most famous (thanks to Caesar and Shakespeare) but the Ides of December, for example, falls tomorrow.

I love
Ides of Mash
. Puns are as essential to the title industry as they are to the porn, pet store and child hair salon industries.

Hm. Although the Batman being backstabbed idea is amusing, I agree that the title sounds like I'm the one doing the backstabbing. "Backstabbed Batman" might work better.
I don't think the "Not here to make friends" one really works for me, since in my play I generally do make friends. That said, there's a few other players I could recommend that title for.
The "Et tu?" and "Ides of Mash" one are both rather amusing, and the latter seems to have a lot of support.
Anyway, other possibilities I've thought of.
"Knife target" (self explanatory)
"Jury member" (Haven't missed merge yet, but still haven't made FTC.)

Knife target is far too literal and boring and terms like merge and FTC don't mean anything to non-mishmashers (imo).
