The original premise, that he wanted to go to Sillyposting for the easy game, is perfectly sensible. He's gotten a hard game repeatedly and has had a rough time playing mafia in general lately. From there, his posting is perfectly in line with that. Maybe it's intentionally so, but the premise makes sense and Lukewarm isn't going to abandon the easy game and respite it represents over a page 1 YOLO where merely being in it doesn't even guarantee a win.

This was not because it is against his alignment to have me there. It was because he has not had the best time playing hard minigames, playing with me, or playing mafia in general lately and my pessimism promised more teethpulling misery on the horizon. He wants the respite and the fun.

It turns out that I am not informed of your alignment, and so I am not sure of your alignment.

I was suspicious of some of the ways that you have interacted with me and marci, found it hard to believe your read on me was genuine, but I am not 100% sure of that you are scum

If you do flip scum, then yeah. You were trying something, it back fired, and you lost / I won. That's all well and good.

But the idea that you could still be town here is a solid source of my frustration. Because it feels entirely hopeless and pointless to try and reach you, and it also feels like you are telling me to give up on trying to sort the game, meaning it would be hard for me to reach confidence on you as town either.

And even now, you are saying that my goal should be to go all out town casing myself to you. Which 1) feels pointless, and 2) is something that I didn't want to do. I decided that I would just take on the voting power of this minigame, but it feels like you are icing me out of trying to sort you and penguin too.

So I guess, that means I just say fuck it, we lose to scum penguin.

This is also completely ignoring all of the evidence I have presented that going into Sillyposting exactly the way he did is extremely likely as town. We can discuss what he does in this minigame as scum if you can give me a non-debunked reason why the current approach is unlikely as town.
