the way i play is stuck in the past and is out of sync with current norms. i did decently playing with aggression in the past but the playstyle is clearly unsustainable (although i believe the stuff about needing to have something of a hard heart when it's possible the other person is trying to manipulate you)

you're alright I don't take this stuff to heart because like you said it's just a game about lying but I know some people do and that's when it can get problematic.
and yeah when scum uses AtE against you it can induce that kind of rage. there's not really a good answer.

I genuinely am trying to figure out if I'm just mad beefing with playstyle because everybody is apt to convince me I'm wrong in suspecting either slot, but I don't think I've provided sufficient pressure or have seen an appealing reply.

I can't see scum!Peta doing the 180 he did and instead getting scum buddy Dunn killed. Doesn't make sense at all. I am fairly certain Peta could have got me in the duel and Peta also knows that because he's outfoxed me as scum before.
Also I liked his posting in the PT a lot - it felt like town energized by the scumflip.

Ydrasse I had a slight scum read on from early reading of the thread + blue PT. I don't recall any strong pushes she's made for people to die/events to happen in a certain way except for the unwnd/Ydrasse fight, which I wrote off as probably not alignment-indicative b/c some people on-site that use legitimate anger/frustration to their advantage regardless of their alignment (kuribo, LLD). It's not a super strong read and I think there's a fair chance she's town, but she'd def. be one of the people I'd read over and consider if I were handed an execution throne like the first event (though there is a fairly large gap between my more minor scum reads and skitter atm).

You have posted much words that generally seem pro-town, but I think you're a good player and I haven't seen anything in particular that's been SHOCKINGLY town, just a lot of good but theoretically fakeable-by-scum posts. Also I think I mentioned this in blue PT, but it's pretty hard for me to keep track of a lot of people's suspicions this game - some of it has been 'AAH WHAT THIS THRONE DO' and other worries like that from other people, for you it's just hard to remember your thoughts on particular players when they get crowded out by your questions/prodding at people that don't have explicit mentions of what you think people's alignments are. (tbf, this is more my issue in that I should prob re-read some more of the game and your posting after this event than something you should worry about)

I'm regretting that I didn't vote slot and wish swapped with for the nom.

Essentially, neither nom is one I want eliminated above others.

The counter to both of these points is that -scum is thriving off of the discord in Pink Team and is inflating themselves.... but I have issue with this because I agree with his grievance over the double standard placed on him versus .

And has been muted this entire game. They've made many posts that don't have a set agenda, but reading them tonally does not feel reliable anymore.

If I had to choose to eliminate either slot now? I'm leaning , but that's largely because of 3 things:
A flip in Pink illuminates the way I see our team very thoroughly.
counterargument is weaker, I buy his outrage to POV on him.
I don't want to give scum the benefit of a tie. I don't care if that "informs town", that will always be an argument of WIFOM, which we do not need. I'd probably - and reluctantly - vote to avoid this.

Unfortunately, none of these reasons are overtly . So the gamestate is icky and I want to leave it ASAP.
