A man sees 2 dead N1 and GiF has already confirmed flavor doesn't necessarily condition the source of the kills. A man has already explained how unbalanced a 1 shot strong arm is to a unl BP.

None of that makes town unl BP make sense.

It leaves a no win situation for scum. Say a boy, a scum, and a tv make it to LyLo. Vt is killed. Stalemate. A man doesn't think such a setup would be put forth by GiF. From a man's pov, there is much and more reason to scum read a boy, and none of it has to do with what a boy makes it out to be.
