I definitely think that heal item should be utilized by a conftown, or on one. Not sure which.

Use the item to heal someone's stats back up to 3's, anything above 3 stays there. It takes ALL your actions for a night and costs a speed and a knowledge to use. Willing to give it to whoever

Just so I got some clarifications on the labs

Carl: Johnny (destroy) DK (destroy) Nora (Fail) Me (fail)
Albert: Johnny (Fail) DK (destroy)

And by Gamma's claim of rules question (which I'm gonna ask here too) Doctors can't destroy labs, so unless anybody else claims to have tried to destroy Albert, DK is 100% confirmed good (which we pretty much had anyway, like they were 95% confirmed, but having 100% is so much nicer)
