I disagree - I think there will be some fantastic uses for this, one of them being it'll be much easier to itemize against standard comps. I was having a problem against a triple ap comp last night because if I itemized armor I was bursted, and if I itemized MR, their adc killed me, and I think I ended up with more MR than armor because I wasn't really sure what to build.

In standard games, most tanks itemize for amror more than MR due to general lack of MR options. This'll help with that, too.


EDIT: Iece, it's already 4 tiers deep. You won't get it unless you're going 13 or more points in defense.

in a top lane bruiser v bruiser, you get runic blessing, biscuits, and wealth, and do a bunch of level 1 / level 2 trades.

you do less damage so the enemy feels like they're winning, but you had runic shield + have one more health pot from wealth + your pots are biscuits

so you heal up and then use ignite and all-in them while they're sitting around thinking "wait...am I losing to someone who took runic blessing, biscuits, and wealth on a bruiser"

Then why is legendary guardian looked at as such a good mastery in it's current form? It only gives 4 armor and 2 mr.

You're right on that end. The way I look at it, it's centered towards people who don't own every champ (most players), and it's quite easy to simply not care about the event, because it;s not requiring you to do anything.

Ah, ok! I'm still going for Azir, Bard, Cassiopeia, Ekko, Kalista, Rek'Sai, Skarner, and Wukong. At about 9K IP right now, so I can pick one of those up if/when I feel like it.

Totally biased, but pick up wukong. So good in top lane.

I'll probably get one after I get mysteried one, currently leaning Rek'sai but still deciding - is Wukong really that good right now?

I'd argue so. Wukong beats most bruisers (save Renekton and Darius), beats champs like Riven and Irelia. You can even play him as a counter to melee assassins. He does fine vs. tanks (can survive and may win), and scales very well thanks to his ulti. He's also very easy to pick up and be successful with.


I don't really wanna spam the thread with MORE wukong hype (I seem to do this often), so ask me on mschat or lol or something.

If you play a lot of ADC, Kalista is super fun and is easily one of the best adcs if you're good at her.

Also, I've never been disciplined for behavior. I actually held a green ribbon for a while. Teamwork badge. Said I was "a valued member of the community"
