He wasn't absent when Metabot was at L-1. He was there and posting when Metabot was one vote from a lynch... look at the vote count and when he was posting. He could have, and would have if he wanted to.

Well he didn't. He lingered on. Perhaps he thought himself hasty if he were to hammer at that point.

This means that by process of elimination scum is either myself or Packbat. And of course our word on it being the other won't mean anything because we have nothing to backup our claims.

If you guys both agree with the above logic, I say that Packbat and I vote eachother and andrew goes all Sherlock Holmes and figures which of us is scum and hammers.
