Okay, reread SoO's post: the point he raises about questioning a Watcher/Tracker for information is actually pretty good, and it's one I hadn't thought of previously. All in all, that post makes me want to go back on my original accusations, given that I can now see town motivation / thought process in his posts, whereas they previously looked like pushing on Jason because he didn't want to take a position on GreyICE/ICENinja.

I still think Jason is town, though, given flavour and whatnot.

he is still not the lynch today. what changes is he has one real chance to prove himself. he is either town or fake claiming. I dont see that particular claim to be scum aligned. I had an idea how really test this, but am trying to flesh it out. it is something like everyone's first post of the day be in code. even if you did nothing, right a line in some sort of code that only you code break. this should work because everyone is writing something. so a day or two later if someone is killed. jason can target them and that person can give them the information to break the code and whatever information they might have. here are the problems I am seeing though. if the code is too weak scum might figure it out. but the more convoluted the code, the harder it would be. the other thing, is if jason is fake claiming, he would have to be alive day 3..(shurg) let me think about it.

@all, this just came to me. everyone is attacking me for attacking grey because it is "normal" for scum to have a day QT. has anyone looked into my games to see how normal this is for me? especially when I first started. I have seen it 2-3 times (maybe more?) but not enough to label it "common".

Reading Grey’s “ckd sole contribution is attacking me blah blah” made me wonder if I rally WAS tunneling on grey. I just upated, looked back somewhat. The dude is still scummy as hell. I tried to be open to other scum…no one is really scummier than Grey. There is so much information that can be garnered from his lynch. Look at all these fucking people says grey is town based on what play? It has got to be a meta. What about those actually defending grey. Because there is nothing in this game that demonstrates towniness coming for grey. so yeah grey, I am focusing on you, because you are scum.

@CKD people aren't calling Greyice town, so much as saying that the daytalk post was a scum slip - it's null because he could easily have made that post as any alignment

I'll admit I've mostly been skimming the Greyice posts where he attacks Iceninja because he pulled this "shouting scum at people" stuff last game where he was town, and other stuff has been competing for my attention. Need to go back and take a closer look, planning to do that on Sunday.

The only thing that's changed my opinions on anything in the past couple pages is Zdenek's 419. Pretty good post, and a bit of an eye opener about StefanB. Not the best lynch, but if we can't get one on Grey, i'm about even with StefanB and Kimor right now.

Grey's alignment will tell us loads about jason, though. I'm pretty damn sure they're the same alignment, so a scum flip on Grey will give us a ridiculously good start to the game. There are a couple players I'd be pretty sure are town if he flips town, too.

While I feel the points against Kimor are justified, I agree that the wagon on him feels sketchy.

Oh and, the only time I've EVER had this difficult of a time building a wagon on someone I was so sure was scum was when I was right. I literally can't think of any time I've had this much resistance when trying to lynch town. At this point if anyone doesn't realize why I think Grey is scum they're either not reading my posts or are brain dead.

I might give you that a scum flip will put others on sight, but a town flip, ESPECIALLY first town flipped in the game, gives us bollucks mostly.

Are you kidding me? With the amount of people who strongly feel one way or another about Grey's alignment, either flip would give us loads. If we, for example, lynched Kimor and he flipped town then we'd have NOTHING, because people's opinions on him don't seem to have that much conviction.

Jason, CKD, Sixty, hell even me, and to a lesser extent the people who have soft defended him (such as FLP) will have light shed upon their alignments based on his flip.
