I think FF is the scum. I don't believe teacher is, I thought that was what I was saying?

Let me try make full sense.

FF is Scum to you. But if he flips town, you think Teacher is scum instead. Is that correct?

Isn't that was SvS means? Have I got the terminology wrong?

SvS is when you think two scum are arguing and going against one another to "distance" from each other, so that people don't think they're a team.

TvT is when you think two town members are going against one another.

TVS is when you think an interaction is actually a Town going against a Scum.

I see. Well I think that one person in {Teacher/FF} is scum, personally I think FormerFish is the scum in there. And I think they're teamed with either bug or gyro, again biased against gyro.

Hi Guys! I'm new (like completely new, I barely understand Mafia) and I joined mafiascum because I tried epicmafia and they banned me and were being mean lmao even though I told them that I was still learning :/ this seems like a more supportive environment to learn mafia :)
Anyway I am super overwhelmed by the 18 page forum for now and I will be as active as possible because I want to learn fast (but in hindsight I prob should've familiarized myself with the rules oops)
Please bear with me!

Nah, master. He’s going to look back at that one and decide that maybe he shouldn’t try to get the two loudest in the room lynched even when rolling scum.

my list:

town:
* bugspray: duh
* Datisi: pretty solid town to me tbh, doing a lot of good scumhunting that makes up the foundation of effective townplay
* Gyro: seems to have made same earlier mistakes as me but even sooner and now has effectively joined the scumunt (cant wait till figure out how I do this).

**null:**
* teacher: null leaning town but still town imo, been helpful and making a lot of good points, possibly
* Gardenia: still not fully sure, scumlean on her for sure because a lot of the same newb mistakes I'm making
* Fuzanglong: slight scumlean because not helping but this is a less serious accusation and more of "applying pressure" or something
*JV: scumlean because might be bad town like earlier gyro and then me seems to be sort of digging a hole like i was earlier but way more spectacularly

**scum:**
*fish: start helping and acting like town

also the order of people in categories is how sure i am in each category

i considered having like three people in my scumlist but wasnt sure if that's detrimental so i just had a giant null which seems equally helpful

A lot of my posts (like 390) and my vote suggest that I think you're scum. Is that "good scumhinting"?

The only thing he's done is 1) said he doesn't like Uncrowned, 2) said that if I flip Mafia he's Mafia too, 3) naked voted people. He's joined the hunt how?
In post 438, bugspray wrote:Gardenia: still not fully sure, scumlean on her for sure because a lot of the same newb mistakes I'm making

Where exactly is JV "digging a hole"? What does that even mean?

I read on the wiki that often mafia won't night kill scummy town to make future lynches easier. I'm saying that it would be beneficial to get on the good side of townies who appear scummy so that they are easier to persuade in future days. I was trying to say that it's possible that JV was doing this

I mean you're doing a good job at trying. Because you're reading fellow town as scum you're definitely not doing great[quote="In
Maybe I leaned him town too much because of how he associated the two of you together so much. I should really look back and read more when making future townlists because I swear I remember him getting slightly wagoned and then also contributing but maybe he only got wagoned. My (alebit useless?) gut still says town
Yes. Also I think it's sus that she hasn't excused her brief absence with the excuse from earlier on the earlier pages of the thread about exams. Restating something like that seems really town but if it's just an early lie a noobmafia would be more likely to forget that (although maybe an early lie like that isn't so noobish?)

its like that dril tweet "i will face god and step backwards into hell" or something. basically i feel like they're buckling under pressure and getting ever more contorted from that pristine townesque form into a mafia figure

Do you mind linking me that article?

And I did a pretty "similar" thing, I joined FF (who you believe is scummy) in voting you. Uncrowned (who I still don't know your opininon on) and teacher are voting together as well. No comment on either of those.

Alright then, please show me where? Because I'm quite liking Jackson's recent posts. I think they're dead wrong, but I feel like they come with good intentions.

I am helping. See you are playing tic tac toe and I am playing 4d Chess. You're worried about me taking a certain square, while I'm looking 8 moves ahead of you.

And I don't have to act town because I am town. I can just do whatever the fuck I want to be doing and I'll never die during the day.

I can assure you of that fact 100%.
