now that i am thinking about it more it is strange to me that dragons are not portrayed in a more insect-like way.

There's a genre of Spanish literature that is largely realistic for a long time then breaks into fantasy halfway through or at the ends of books. Would be useful for stuff between 0 and 100. But Xtoxm rolled 100 here.

I think it's quite an interesting clue tbf. There's obvious mythical creatures you can put for 0, like Llamas, but what if you get 45 to 55? Platypus isn't a bad shout from shiki. Maybe you just go for real animals that are in popular TV shows. So: Great Dane, Pink Panther, Pink Pig, Purple Dog (are these allowed?).

For 45 I would use a Pokemon that is based on a real animal like keldeo

For 80-90 I would use an old legend that is probably based on stuff that really happened like the siege of Troy.
For 20-30 I would use legends that didn't really happen but that we as a society agree to pretend happened like the moon landing and Texas joining the United States of America

This is becoming the Isis equivalent of a rickroll
Also, good point. I was completely tunnel-visioned on using animals/creatures. It'd be hilarious if Xtoxm submitted something like the moon landing and then we'd have to debate whether he was a conspiracy theorist or if he's doing a meta thing...etc

Hey late to the discussion as always.
Isis is always right. Let's sheep her.

p-edit: This is what I googled for the definition: Rickrolling is when you troll someone on the internet by linking to the music video for Rick Astley's 1987 hit song “Never Gonna Give You Up.” It is, by far, the most popular example of bait-and-switch linking.
FYI enomis, you’re the current representative so you have full power to make an official guess for your team.

The video itself is a bait and switch. Why would I care about Rick Astley's likelihood of deserting me when there is a handsome bartender who can do a backflip?

Hectic PMed me that enomis had mended his ways and voted to guess right so I took him off my foe list.
Now he has finalized a guess that will earn us a point.

Spoiler:
i was thinking for ~25 i would clue something like "obama is a muslim" since that's a common conspiracy believed by around 25% of americans
i think 50 would be the hardest to clue for, maybe camelot/king arthur? bc the people are real, but theres a lot of myth and legend around it.
~75 area could be the moon landing
90+ i would have clued an established math theorem
i was clueing for zero. i actually cant conceive of a clue thats more fantasy than unicorns.
please dont hate me isis

Sure, they're pretty famous for not being real, but they still have a lot of roots in reality. If I had to clue for 0, I probably would've gone for "The SCP Foundation". Along with being very fantastical, the darned thing even acknowledges its own fiction-ness in several pages.
