GB and Hoctac is where it's at.
This is quite narrow minded, Titus!
You think scum are openly voting with each other to get rid of a 1-shot neighbouriser on day 1? As someone pointed out, the ability isn't exactly Lady with Laptop level.
Why Hoctac and GeorgeBailey from the wagon of 4 specifically?
I'd also like you to address this, Titus.
I addressed this ad nauseam btw. You two are my lock scum reads.
Could we lynch Titus please? How is this a town thought process? "lock scum reads" - really?
And Titus, you haven't explained my question there at all. Why would scum want to get rid of a 1-shot neighbouriser to such an extent?

Spoiler: NK Cheat Sheet
- Lone scum picks someone to become an IC OR scummates have to perform shots that put the game into 3p LyLo
- Democratic public cop
- Bet the game on voting on two townies correctly
- Scummates fall in love
- Oops! Reveal the alignment of every player colored similarly to murder victims.
Hoctac had seen the kind of mean challenging Titus had been up to. It seemed like she would be able to demand magic stones if she stumped someone. But Hoctac bet it worked the other way around too.
"Titus, challenge me! I wanna do a puzzle. I have such great friends to help me." Hoctac did a loop de loop in the air, fluttering his wings.
"You're sure? You want to do a combo puzzle? If you lose, it could cost you.." Titus tilted her head and looked at Hoctac with one foreboding eye. She had seen so many fools enter her dungeon, she felt she could warn him and profit all the same.
"Yes! It sounds like so much fun. Cloud puzzles, roulette orb puzzles. But whatever you do. Don't give me a blind puzzle. I hate that, I can't handle that, those are too hard, if all the orbs are hidden into black and I'm supposed to make them match on color, I'm hosed!!!"
"And you will give me stones if you lose?"
"I swear to Br'er Rabbit."
"Teehee, ok."
Titus summoned him a puzzle, and she immediately blinded all of the orbs. She set the combo requirement to eight and covered up a complacent grin.
"Oh no! Fire Sorcerer! Tea Gardner! We can't see anything. But."
We're all in this together
Hoctac's active skill replaces the orbs. The new ones that fall in are unshadowed.
"If we make three combos each, maybe she will have to give us stones!" Tea Gardner said.
Fire Sorcerer, of course, puts her finger on a fire orb.
Oh right, the total stats for monsters only go up to +297 in Puzzle in Dragons. Thanks for letting me know through the code earlier, Isis.

@Pepper if you really want to live today you should join us on the Pigman wagon. This is miles better than the Chemist/Shiki wagon. Shiki's catch up was quite informative. Even if we don't share the same conclusion.

Titus's push doesnt seem that scummy to me tbh.
What I'm taking away from it, is that Titus thinks Hoctac's progression on pigman changed when clidd started pushing pigman. This does seem scummy, but in Hoctac's defense I think pigman's push is enough to go off to change a town lean.

@Ele, Hoctac, Pepper
With 5 hours on the clock, and the wagons all broken up, its compromise time. Please join me, or atleast tell me who else you're willing to vote.
We cant let today result in a no-lynch.

Pig is a good lynch, but with no one around we might have to swap. A no lynch isn't the worst case, in fact it's rather interesting but not a path I would rather go

One of these wagons have to be on scum for it to be so stagnant.
Scum is either hoping we all hop on Pepper, or result in a no lynch. If no one joins the pigman wagon in the next hour or so I'll have to switch to pepper.

I'd prefer not to lynch pigman. What's wrong with lynching dr pepper?

Because I didn't throw my egg properly and because I wasn't able to commit to catching up. Both are NAI and are not indicative of this game state but rather external reasons.
you are reducing my argument to 'inactivity' in order to say it is not alignment indicative. it was not alignment indicative that you did not catch up over the weekend. however, it was scum indicative that you said you were going to catch up over the weekend and then did not. it was not necessarily alignment indicative that you waited to throw your egg, but then doing so at random instead of throwing at a scumread is scum indicative.

less than 3.5 hours now and no wagons with more than 2 votes. i would prefer to lynch doctorpepper or titus. if neither of those is possible, i'd prefer to compromise to elements over pigman. if needed, i will hammer pigman.

i will be around on and off until deadline.

He's absolute null for me. And I think Pigman has been scummier. Why are you town reading pig?
Pepper's reasoning sounds like genuine lost town too.

I prefer Miranda to Pigman. Not only can I reallocate my valuable nicknames slots, but I think Pigman's dumbtelling was actually all legit after rereading it. Still unsure about his sudden turn on clidd but it's not a huge deal.
pEDIT: WHat's your case on him?

Pretty much Clidds case.
His push on me felt forced. He also didnt expand on it. Why do you believe his dumbtell over Pepper's?
A lot of my reads align with clidd's which is convenient.

Pigman had a bunch of dumbtells. I'm specifically talking about the one where he said he thought the person being throw the disable scumchat egg could actually use the ability on someone else, and not that it would be used on him. I think as scum, he's more likely to know how that one works from discussion in the PT. And I think it's more likely that's genuine rather than him trying to weirdly fake it as scum.
Verifies my assumption that there is hate for pigman
Why did you think the disable daytalk card was soemthing worthwhile? I have highlighted the relevant sections of the post for your viewing pleasure.
I mentioned this earlier but I was thinking taking daytslk away from mafia would be good because then they'd have to figure out a way to communicate with each other in front of us which would make it easier to connect them later.
@mod I've been away for the holiday weekend with very limited access. I'll be back in town Tuesday.
Exactly, and if someone threw that at you, it'd be something very not worthwile - as in you want to throw disable daychat at scum and not town. What were you misunderstanding?
Ohhhhhhhh. I'm an idiot. I thought I'd be able to use it

Apologies, just got off work and my brain is full of mud rn.
I mistook dumbtell for town tell. But I dont understand why you think that's more likely to come from town. Was it the wording? Scum can easily fake "mistakes".

No, it's the fact scum are going to be wary about the disable PT egg and so will be discussing it in their PT, and are therefore less likely to misunderstand it.
Assuming Pigman's misinterpretation is geuine (which I think it is), it's town-indicative.
